A/N: I don't own One Piece, but I do own Nero Lich.
Lich groaned as he lay sprawled over one of Hogback's sofas, and he didn't look too well, and who could blame him/ He had been keeping the other zombies in line all day, then there was that half-assed attack on the ship by those overconfident pirates. Naturally, they had been defeated, but just chasing down the bastards took a lot out of him (they were pretty fast.)
Just then, Perona entered the room, and seeing Lich lying on the couch (and not looking so good, on top of that), made a beeline for him.
"You don't look so good, Lich-sama." She said, clearly concerned.
"Tell me something I don't know." he replied, sighing.
"You look like you need a massage." she said, trying to be subtle in her advances.
"I suppose." he replied, shrugging.
"Come on, then." She took his hand and pulled him up, then sat behind him, rubbing his shoulders.
"Oh, that's the stuff." said Lich, closing his eyes.
Perona smiled, knowing that he liked it, and continued. "So tell me, Lich-sama, do you have a girlfriend?"
"Yes, Moria-sama and I routinely engage in sex acts." he replied sarcastically.
"I'm very glad you were just kidding there, otherwise that would be very….weird."
"Why? Would you like to be my girl?"
"Well, yeah. I mean, even a big strong guy like you needs a woman behind him." She said, wrapping her arms round his neck, and kissing him on the cheek.
Lich turned round and pushed her down on to the couch, lying on top of her and kissing her on the lips. He entwined the fingers on his right hand with hers, trailing kisses down her neck. Perona whimpered in pleasure.
After that, it was clear that they had sealed their relationship. Perona allowed him to stay in her room, sleeping next ho her, and he allowed her to call him 'Lich-kun' instead of Lich-sama. It didn't take long for the news to travel the length and breadth of the ship, but it wasn't as if they were betraying Moria so the other inhabitants ignored it.
However, the first major impact of their relationship hit three weeks after it was established. Perona was getting a check-up from Hogback because she had been throwing up a lot, and that was when said zombie doctor broke the news.
"Perona….you're pregnant."
At this, Lich had actually FAINTED.
And then, nine months after that, Kishido had been born as the troublemaking, curious little brat that he was, becoming a friend of 'Uncle' Moria and a thorn in the side of Hogback, whose lab he kept 'accidentally' wrecking.
All in all, Lich, Perona and Kishido were living a relatively good life.
