Bya-chan: *walking away* Not very, seeing as you're going to be attacking me with spiders in this story.

"Renji! Come quick, I need you!"
Said man, wearing nothing but a pink flowery apron and a pair of boxer shorts, sighed and tucked his wooden spoon down his pants. "Coming, Byakuya, but make it quick, else dinner's gonna burn."
He trudged through the hallways of the Kuchiki Manor, sighing all the while. Trust his Bya-chan to interrupt him while he was trying a new recipe.
"Renji! Where are you?" came the shout from upstairs.
"I'm coming, Byakuya!" Renji called back.
"Come faster! Please hurry, Renji!"
Renji began to walk faster, worried about his lover. His Bya-chan never showed this much emotion, even around Renji. The stoic mask was hard to fully remove.
"Renji!" came the panicked shout from the top of the stairs. Renji broke into a run. He burst through the door, waving his wooden spoon, to see Byakuya pressed up against the wall on the other side of the room, breathing hard. Renji ran over to his lover.
"What is it, Byakuya? What's wrong?"
"L-Look!" Byakuya pointed a shaking finger at the floor just behind Renji. Renji turned around and burst out laughing.
"Byakuya! How can you be afraid of something like that?"
Renji picked the spider up off the floor and allowed it to crawl around his hand. He brought it closer to his lover's face. "See, isn't it cute? Look at it's little furry legs…"
Byakuya shrieked and ducked away from Renji's hand. "No, Renji! Take it away!"
Renji laughed and allowed the spider to crawl out of the window. He then turned back to his lover and cooed, "Aww, Bya-chan. Fancy you, the most stoic Taichou is the history of the Gotei 13, being afraid of…"
Byakuya silenced him by pulling them into a kiss. When they broke apart, the shorter growled, "Don't call me that. My name is Byakuya."
"Nah, I prefer Bya-chan"
And with that, Renji scooped his lover up into his arms and swept downstairs to finish the meal.
