Summary: Angel was a regular joe and kind of nerd, but everything change when Buffy is transfered to USC and he have to give her a tour. Xander and Cordelia are the populr ones. will Buffy and Angel be happy? lots of drama and a love story!!

Disclaimer: i don't own any of these characters, plus I think this story has been written before but, it's something kind of different I guess. This is my first fic so please be nice. Reviews are very welcome. I hope you like it!

-Chapter 1-

"Damm it It's getting late for my literature class" Was what Angel said when he was practically running for the halls of school. He was tall, he had a muscular body and beautiful dark chocolate eyes but you can not see it because all that clothes and glasses.

Suddenly a bunch of guys passed next to him making him dropped his books. When he saw who they were he said "Hey Xander, next time you and you friends be careful ok?"

Xander let go his girlfriend's arm and walked towards Angel

"Excuse me. What did you say?"

Angel rolled his eyes. Grabbed his books and stood up "I said next time you and your friends be more careful"

Xander Harris. One of the most popular guys in the school just laughs.

"hey you guys, come here and listen what this nerd have to say"

"come on Xander… man… we used to be friends and now you treat me like shit?"

"Whoa whoa, that time was many years ago and now, well now I am a quarterback and you are a nerd."

"I'm not a nerd just because I worry about my notes"

"yeah right. Did you ever looked at you in a mirror?" A girl interrupted them. It was Cordelia Chase Xander's girlfriend Angel looked at her, anger in his eyes; anyway I don't have time for arguing with you people I have things to do"

At that moment the ring bell sounded and Angel remembered where hi must be

"Oh shit my literature class" Angel said running again trough the halls

"Better run nerd or you can fell that class" Xander and Cordelia said laughing and Walking again with their friends"

Angel entered the classroom just in time and sat in one of the empty chairs, the class started but his mind wasn't in it. In fact he was thinking when he and Xander were friends.

"Ok students we are going to read the chapter 20 so I hope you've brung your material"

"Why he had to meet that selfish egocentric bitch? I mean he was a nice guy and then he became a complete idiot, well a guess they were meant to be."

"Thinking again in your x-friends?"

"Oh Willow sorry, I didn't see you were here"

"That's ok. That always happens to me"

"Sorry, well yeah is just I don't have many friends and this is hard you know?"

"Well, remember what we are and what they are"

The two friends were talking and a different voice sound "Mr. O'Connor apparently talk is more interesting than pay attention to class"

"Ow, we really sorry professor Stevens we won't do that again" willow said

"Damm right you won't do that again at least you wanna fell this class, and that is for all of you people" the professor stevens was very good teaching, the only problem was his bad temperament.

"Jeez, we were just talking, is that a sin?" Angel said with a soft voice but he was caught

"Mr. O'Connor I guess you're right but I am the teacher here, so… I'm going to give you an assignment, please pass in from the others please keep reading"

At the desk The professor started to explain "well Mr. O'Connor as you know I'm part of the college's committee and tomorrow a new student is arriving and you're gonna explain to her the things around here because I don't have time, so… would you do that for me? You know what? Don't even answer that you're gonna do that anyway so good luck and here is some useful information about the girl"

When angel heard the assignment he wanted to die. "Great, now I have to hear some stupid girl and her stupid questions. And give her a freaking tour for the campus"

After a boring lecture and a terrible assignment the ring bell sounded so Angel, Willow and the rest of the class were exiting the classroom when the teacher interrupted them

"Hey you people I almost forgot we have a quiz tomorrow so please study and if somebody is not agree well say thanks to Mr. O'Connor"

A few class mates started to say: "thank you very much nerd"

"Yeah, now we have to study ever more because of you" "I hope you are happy now"

Angel listened a few more comments and then he started to walk faster but willow ran after him, anger in his face

"Don't pay attention to them Angel you know the professor were gonna put us the test anyway, you know him"

"I know will but that's not why I'm so upset is because we are in college now and we must be mature people, I mean we are not in high school anymore are we? And they just keep laughing and talking about me"

"Yes angel. Just calm down ok? Just ignore them, that's what I do"

"ok will I guess you are right, I better go home and take a shower for clear my mind for tomorrow test, I suggest you to dothe same"

"Thanks Angel I will, I'll see you in class right?

"Course Willow I'll see you tomorrow take care"

Angel walked to home, it was in Crawford Street. He thought his life couldn't be worse when suddenly he remembered his teacher

"Remember Mr. O'Connor, you have to be early morning in campus to pick up miss summers"

Angel entered his house and quickly ran upstairs for taking a shower; thank god his parents weren't there because he needs some peace for study. After the shower he took some comfortable clothes and sat on his desk for study, but a few hours later he got tired and he decided to rest for a moment.

In his bed he started to think about a lot of things but one in special

"I wonder how she would be. I guess she won't be stupid but if she is this gonna be torture for me, god this teacher sometimes I swear I want to kill him"

Near that place a young blond woman step out of a cab and put her stuff down. In front of her there was a white house very big with a garden outside and it looks kind of comfortable.

She left a breath before knocking the door.

"Ok here we go"

Suddenly a middle age woman with black hair and brown eyes came to the door and opened. "Yes? Can I help you?

"Err yeah I'm buffy summers and I came to stay here for a couple of days until my mom finish to moving in"

"Oh Buffy is that really you? Gosh you certainly aren't a child anymore huh?"

"Yeah well I guess it has been a long time aunt jenny"

"Oh but please come in, I want to know everything that had happened this past years"

"Ok just let me get my suitcase inside"

Inside the house Buffy answered all her aunt's questions after a cup of coffee and several hours passed

"So… after all you told me how is your mother now?"

"Well after an awful divorce she's pretty fine actually"

"I'm glad to hear that and when she gets back?

"I think she will be back very soon like a week or something, I'm not very sure"

"Ok then. In fact I love to have you around here"

"Thanks aunt jenny I've missed you too and I don't wanna be rude bud I'm really tired and I want to sleep"

"Of course dear I'm such an idiot, you probably wanted to sleep after you got here and look at me asking you stupid things"

"Oh not at all aunt Jenny I'm just tired and I need to get up early tomorrow morning because is my first day in this new school"

"Right honey then let me introduce your new bedroom for the next days"

Inside the room Buffy leaned her bed and she felt happy and sad at the same time. It was a bittersweet moment she was happy because her aunt jenny was there but she was sad for her broken family and for moving out god knows where, with new school and new friends

"Ok Buffy you need to calm down and get some rest for tomorrow or you gonna regret it"

Buffy programmed the alarm and fall asleep after all she was right, next day were gonna be hard but very interesting...
