One shot
The first move in the scroll was written by a man called Brocken Jr. the move itself was called the red rain of pain and ac, it works on the principle of "cutting the flesh to cut the meat, cutting the meat to cut the bone, cutting the bone to cut the core. The training for it was extreme to say the least. The next jutsu was called the hurricane mixer cross slam it was mass devastation ending with an assassination. The down side was that you needed horn's to do it along with a ridiculously massive strength. The one after that was called the Muscle buster witch looked brutal after reading the scroll he pocketed it and left the library leaving no singes that he was there to begin with.
When he reached his apartment and read through the scroll properly he found that several needed specific bloodline but most needed grate strength to pull off. He also found several mentions of a burning inner strength also called ultimate muscle. It sounded so familiar it was on the tip of his tong. Just below his mind and when he thought about it harder the hazier it would become. Then the words of his teacher Kakashi came to him

"The fox" said Naruto finally understanding he immediately went to meditate and found himself at the grate gates that held the strongest of the tailed demons at bay.
"What do you want now kit I was sleeping" yawned the grate beast. Once he got to know the beast they became close so close they became almost a father son relationship. As long as he was treated well and given respect he was owed by being the strongest of the tailed beasts he would act well but the moment you disrespect him he will treat you like crap.
"I need your advice and help lord Kyuubi" Naruto said bowing slightly in respect but not total submission

"My lord I have found a scroll that has many powerful techniques for one on one two on one three on one and even fore on one battles" he said "but they require grate physical strength"
"I see so you what me to make you physical stronger" he said slightly disappointed
"No my lord" he said to this Kyuubi quirked an eyebrow "I wish to earn my strength but it will take me years of training and body conditioning and I haven't the time" said Naruto "you told me once of a place called the hyperbolic time chamber where years can pass in days" said Naruto "I wish to train there where I wont age but will gain the necessary strength and power to avenge my fallen love" said Naruto seriously
"You make me proud kit," said the Kyuubi
Naruto exited his mind escape and sighed tomorrow his training would begin he vowed he would master his Choujin styles. He chucked when he found Ramen man's fighting style. Also at a move that turned a person into ramen he fond some of the names quite ridicules big body zebra specimen. Kyuubi fed Naruto the hand singes through there mental link and a few minuets later Naruto was gone leaving only a note stating he will be back when the month is over.
