Searching In Vain
Bill was nonplussed as he saw the same human employee strut out of Jessica's room. Yesterday, he had thrown him out, and warned Jessica never to order off the menu again. Bill wasn't sure why he was surprised. All he knew was that he was also very angry.
Bill rushed toward the snack as he was walking down the hall, seemingly appearing out of thin air.
"What were you doing in my ward's room?" He asked, towering over the other man. Said man shuddered, widening his eyes.
He stuttered. "She couldn't find a vein yesterday, said to come back tomorrow."
