All was calm on a fateful day in Satan city. Business ran as usual at the National Bank when three armed thugs entered the bank. They pointed their guns at one of bank tellers, "Empty your registers and don't hit the alarm!" a gruff voice said. But it was said on deaf ears, and with a nod, another teller hit the secret alarm. "I told you to not hit the alarm bitch!" a thug shouts enraged. He then grabs a hostage and says "next one who does something will get filled with lead." "Please, don't" the hostage screams. "I'm not going to kill ya cutie. HAHA! You're going to fill our bags with some nice green!", the thug says throwing her forward and jamming the barrel in her back. "Okay, fine I'll do it" the hostage screams.
After five minutes the bags are filled and the thugs run outside, only to find a squadron of cops outside. "Damned pigs!", a thug says, opening fire on the police line. The police, simply first responders, got down behind their cars to avoid the three showers of bullets from the thieves' automatic assault rifles. The thieves easily pushed forward to the road, and as one was laughing and reaching for his capsule getaway car, he found a young girl's foot in his left cheek. Videl Satan returned a capsuled helicopter to her pouch as the thugs reoriented themselves from surprise. Before they could turn around and open fire, the helmeted hero The Great Saiyaman dropped in with a right hook that knocked down a thug. Videl smirked at her companion and shouted, "You take the one on the left and I'll take the right!" "Will do" Saiyaman says with a nod, entering a offensive stance. "Aww, a romantic comedy routine! How quaint. Now eat some lead!" a thug yelled, opening fire. Videl jumped back as Great Saiyaman rushed in front of her to catch the bullets. Confused by their adversaries not falling to the ground bleeding out, the thugs stopped firing, and to their horror, Saiyaman emptied his hands of crushed bullets. Out of fear, the thugs slowly backpedaled, and began running away. The police, starting to leave their cover, and the heroes moved to catch them, but turned at the sound of an explosion about a block away. The heroes and cops saw to their horror as two nearby building collapsed into a crater a block wide. The thugs, however, saw this as a chance to get away, and ducked into an alley.
Videl, in shock, muttered "…What the hell?" "Do you think they placed a bomb to cover their getaway?" Saiyaman asked, shocked. The police began talking into their radios calling for backup, and Videl turned to see the thugs gone. "Damn, I think they might have, we better go check if people are okay." "I hope that they are, that had to have been one hell of a bomb, Saiyaman said grimacing at the thought, picking up Videl to fly to the scene.
Saiyaman and Videl quietly unknown to the police who were at the time calling a bomb squad snuck away without being noticed. Moments later, Videl and Saiyaman approached the bombsite. Upon entering they saw a gruesome site of bodies splattered everywhere. They began to lose hope that nobody survived the blast. When they saw in the center of the blast they saw a young girl who appeared to be about sixteen lying unconscious. The girl had short black hair that turned red at its tips. She was wearing a black corset with white sleeves, a black skirt that went red underneath with black pantyhose, black and red combat boots and a red battle-damaged cape that was pinned on the corset by a silver rose (vol.4 outfit). Once, the heroes approached the girl they began to check if the girl was still bereaving. "She's still alive" Videl said. Her companion was about to say something when they saw a red glow appear on the unconscious girl. It appeared to be healing the girl slowly. Saiyaman then turns to his companion and says, "I think the best option is to take her to Capsule Corp." "Why Capsule Corp?" Videl asked. "because if she goes to the hospital she'll be treated like a freak." Saiyaman replied. "Okay, I get it you fly her there I will tell no one what we found" Videl said. "alright I will be going now." The companions bid each other farewell and then Saiyaman bends down to the unconscious girl and picks her up. The great Saiyaman at a slower pace then normal takes flight to Capsule Corp. hoping that Bulma can help the girl out.
