"This will be your new home."
Len looked at the house with a bored expression. He then glanced back at the woman whom was his mother. "And remind me again why i have to live with me dad?" He said, distaste apparent in his young voice. The young male was 14 years of age, blonde hair pulled up in a high ponytail and bangs in his face. His blue eyes were steady on the woman beside him. He had never met his father, nor did he really care to now. He had spent his whole life with his mother, but now it seemed he was in her way of happiness. Ha, what a laugh.
"I already told you." Her voice was cold and Len scoffed. Ahh lovelly. The old lady seemed annoyed. Of course, it was because he was holding her up.
"Ah whatever. Just go." He jogged up the steps without glancing back, knowing she was getting in the car and leaving. He knocked on the door and a man with blue eyes and short brown hair opened the door.
"Welcome home." The man said warmly, pulling Len into a tight hug making the boy grimace. So his father was one of those mushy family type guys. Finally the man pulled away. "Me and your sister have been waiting." Len paused. Did he just say sister? The old hag had never mentioned anything like that. So he had a little sister. The thought was kinda cute in a way. As if reading his thoughts the man smiled. "Im guessing your mom didnt tell you. You have an older sister." Len was surprised. Older? No, this was deffinatly NOT mentioned to him.
"An older sister?" Len asked the man.
"Hai hold on..." the man turned around. "Rin! Your brother is here! Don't keep us waiting now dear."
"Haaaai papa!" came a sweet voice from another room.
Len shoved his hands in his pockets and tilted his head to the side as he waited, curious as to what she would look like. Hearing the sound of running and a giggle he turned his head then froze, unable to take his eyes away from her.
Twins...
Rin was his twin.
Blonde shoulder length hair and eyes so like his own. She looked about his height if not an inch or two shorter. Her bangs were held out of her face by clips and she was of slender build.
Rin smiled at him, holding out her hand. "Hi! Nice to finally meet my little brother!" Len stepped forward and took her hand, brushing his lips over it much to the girls surprise.
"Pleasure." he murmured.
He knew in that moment that he wanted to make her his.
Oh yes...she would be his.
