Buffy closed her diary and took a long, hard look at her home.
It had been ransacked and everything in her room but her bed was gone.
She laid there, clutching the book, wondering why they were the only parts of her past allowed to survive the time warp.
She rolled over to go to sleep and found Xander staring at her, his yellow eyes glowering.
"Welcome to Hell, Slayer," he said sexily. "Enjoy your stay."
