Flame Princess never fails to amuse him. No matter how much Finn tried, Flame Princess would always figure things out. To surprise her, was something he would probably never achieve. But, he is Finn. He can do anything. Destroying monsters and rescuing citizens were no big deal to him. But then, there is her.
There was that day, when he got Flame Princess, her favorite fire treat. He had fought an evil fire dragon to get the treats, and half of Finn's back had burned. Yet, he managed to get Flame Princess, her gift. "Hey, FP I got a surprise for you! Guess what?" He had asked her.
"Ermm, my favorite fire treat?" And she did it. How she did it would always be Finn's answer. And she would always answer, "It was just a lucky guess."
And also there was that day, when Jake and he had made a cake for her on her birthday. There were loads of other gifts for her, and Finn was sure she couldn't guess. "FP! I got you a present! Bet you can't guess what it is!"
"A cake?"
"HOW DO YOU DO THAT?!"
"Calm down Finn, it was just a lucky guess!"
And he went home, wondering how she just succeeded to do the impossible, for him at least.
So this year, he's gonna get her something obvious. Because, to surprise Flame Princess was something, no one can do. This year, Finn is going to get her a necklace. Almost everyone can guess that, right?
So Finn goes to Flame Princess's place, because how Flame Princess does it will forever be a mystery for him.
"Flame Princess, HBD! Oh and here's your present, feel free to guess!" He yells, ready for the answer.
"Oh is it Wild Berry?"
"No, try again." Finn says, surprised, why is she getting it wrong?
"Ermm, is it cookies?"
"No..." Finn says, again. Is it the end? Why is she getting it wrong?
"Er, never mind Finn. Let be a surprise!"
And once again, Flame Princess never fails to amuse him.
