The Finish

I stared out the window, daydreaming. Anything in particular, you ask. Why, yes. I'm daydreaming about the one I love.

Four years ago, he left to go to America to work for his family's corporation. His father became ill and they were not certain how good his health would be afterwards. They decided after he graduated from high school, he would attend college there. He said that he would return after four years.

During those years, we did keep in touch. We called, and we e-mailed. I also keep in touch with the rest of the F4. I mean, we do go to the same college.

All three of them, Rui-kun, Akira-kun and Sojiro-kun, help me out when I'm having a tough time with Tsukasa not being here. But, I'm tough. I'll be able to deal with things until he gets back.

"-ino."

"Hmm?" I looked up. I heard whispers around me.

"Makino Tsukushi. It will not be my fault if you do not pass this class." The professor sighed. "What am I doing to do with you? Anyway, class is dismissed."

I sighed and picked up my bag.

"Tsukushi!" someone shouted.

"Shigeru? Sakuraku? Yuuki? What are you guys doing here?" I asked, stunned.

They looked at each other, and shouted "It's a surprise!"

Then, I felt a tap on my shoulder. "Hey, don't forget about us," someone said behind me.

I looked up and behind me, and Rui-kun smiled at me. Akira-kun and Sojiro-kun smile and waved at me.

"Do you have anymore classes today?" Akira-kun asked.

I shook my head. "No, that was my last one today." Everyone smirked. "Oh god, why are you smiling like that? What are you planning?"

Their smirks just got bigger.

I brought my hand to my forehead.

"Okay, just go on and do what you have to do, to keep me from seeing whatever."

"Sorry Tsukushi," Yuuki said as she blindfolded me.

A Few Hours Later

My clothes were changed. I knew because 1) I felt them being changed, and 2) these clothes felt more silky and rich-feeling.

Also, I'm in a really fancy place. I can tell, by the smell, (smells really nice) and the chair that I am sitting in (uber comfy, it's like it's eating me or something, but without the pain.)

Wait, I've sat in a chair like this before. But, it can't be, because he would have said something.

I heard a door open.

"Hey!" I shouted. "Can you take off this blindfold? I'm starting to feel claustrophobic or something."

I felt hands gently untie the blindfold. I turned around to thank the person, but then I stopped. My hands went to my mouth and tears formed in my eyes.

His hair wasn't in its usual funny-looking curls. It was straight, and wasn't wet. He smiled.

I closed the small distance between us and hugged him tightly.

Tsukasa laughed and said, "Tsukushi, if you hug any tighter, I will be cut in two."

More laughter joined in. I looked around, and saw everyone there. Well everyone being Rui-kun, Akira-kun, Sojiro-kun, Yuuki, Shigeru, Sakurako, and Tsukasa's sister.

I buried my face in Tsukasa's chest.

"What's wrong?"

I sniffed. "I'm just so happy that you're here." I started crying harder.

"Come on, stop crying, or else it's going to look like I just came in from the rain."

I looked at him and said "I don't care."

He laughed and said, "Fine then," and kissed me.

He pulled back and whispered in my ear, "Will you marry me?"

Tears streamed from my eyes as I nodded.

He pulled out a ring from his pocket and slipped it on my finger.

Everyone cheered.

He whispered, "Now we'll be together…"

"Forever." I finished.

This time, I kissed him.
