His Love and His Obsession
He watched as her she slept; watched as her peaceful face smiled unconsciously with the feel of his presence, watched the gentle lift and fall of her chest from her calm breathing, and the occasional toss and turn that would occur without a single flaw. He implanted the memory of her full lips opening gently, to sigh out in peace, and the way her fingers ran along the mattress when she looked for the blanket she would sometimes lose. He smirked lightly. She was the love of his life and she didn't even know it. She didn't know the constant want he had for her. She didn't know the amount of times she popped into his head, almost annoyingly every day since he left her on that bench.
She was beautiful then, and she was goddess-like now.
He wanted nothing more than to lay there with her, holding her tightly and securely, to give her the utmost care and love that he could muster in the short time he had with her. He, Sasuke Uchiha, wanted nothing more than to stay by her side, and promise her the world and more even if it meant the death of him for her happiness. There was no greater desire in his heart than to kiss her with passion, and to spend an eternity and more in her arms. But this could not happen. Not now at least. For all of this was secret. She was not to know, no matter how much he wished she had known. She would never see the man he wished to be, only the man who he wanted her to believe him to be. She was only to see the monster he had supposedly become, and not the love struck man he truly was. She was only to see the someday destroyer of Konoha and the someday murderer of her and their best friend. With an aching pain at this remembrance, he walked over to her and sat where her hip was. He thanked whatever gods above she slept like a bear during hibernation.
He took his fingers and glided from her ankle over her perfect curves, his onyx eyes looking up and down her body with a solemn pain, and slightly lustful hunger. The gentle gliding of his fingers along her curves caused her to moan in her sleep, and shift her body onto her back. He smirked lightly. This was the known result of his touch. Mistakenly, he found out she loved to be touched this way, and had once or twice, moaned his name gently.
This made him love her even more.
No, not the lust she gave him. He didn't love her for the sickening want and need for her body, he loved her for everything beyond that. Her beauty was unsurpassed, and her nature was that of a dignified, wonderful, beautiful and helpful human being. Much unlike her fellow men and women, she was the absolute model of decency and serenity, that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. She would make a lofty wife, and a fine mother. It was for this he loved her. It was for this and more, that he was obsessed with her.
His dark eyes, after memorizing her body again for the nth time, trailed to her beautiful face. It was serene and just as perfect as her curves. Behind those closed lids were jade green orbs he was deeply in love with and her full, soft lips, were irresistible. He remembered watching her speak once, secretly of course, and could only remember watching her lips move sensually, with the power to both shut him up, and want to kiss her. He took the back of his hand and rubbed it against her cheek. The touch sent shock waves of excitement, lust, and love through him. He glared at a stray strand of her pink hair, moving it behind her ear to destroy any chances of disturbance in her sleep.
His onyx eyes studied her again, and as she smiled from the loss of disturbance, his own smile was painted slowly onto his face. He had not known happiness for a very long time, but if there was one thing he had found out in his days, it was that her happiness made him happy. She was one of, if not the only, light of his life, and in her peace filled state, he would be at peace. If she was happy, he would be too. If she was in pain, he would be ready to kill. And that's how it was. That's how it seemed everything was to be. He liked it better when she was happy, for it seemed he had only ever caused her tears and pain. He didn't want to watch her stir, scream, cry, and shut her eyes as if trying to forget the pain he had put her through. And had the occasion ever arose he would hate himself.
She never showed it in broad day light, but she was both in love with him, as well as tormented by him. This he knew, and for this, he wished things could be different. He wished he didn't have to leave this place, and leave her, and chase the bastard of a brother for the sake of her protection. But it was impossible for him to abandon. Abandoning his mission would be his downfall. Abandoning his mission, would mean he'd stay with her, and put her at risk of getting killed by Itachi. And while he couldn't risk that, it was slowly becoming a stronger want and obsessive need by the day. He was almost considering it, after all this time.
"Forgive me Sakura…I didn't want to put you through this. But I have no choice. I have to do this, so that you can remain safe, so that one day, we could be together forever." He whispered into her ear. His husky breath, still breathing on her ear and down her neck, she moaned again in her sleep.
"You know, you come and see her almost every night." He heard behind him. Sasuke glared darkly and turned to be face to face with Suigetsu.
"What are you doing here?" Sasuke growled.
"Watching out for you. Sasuke, you know it's dangerous being here." Suigetsu whispered. Sasuke glared, stepping into his face with a glare that could kill a man a thousand times.
"So then why are you here?" A threatening silence enveloped the room, between the two men, so strong, the slumbering woman of groaned, and began to toss and turn, and cry out in fear, small whimpers and troubled whines emitting from her lips. Sasuke turned almost immediately walking towards her, and grabbing her hand.
"Sasuke-kun, Sasuke-kun! Sasuke-kun please...no...no stop! Sasuke-kun stop!" She continued to cry and toss and turn, and tremble from forming nightmares. He stared with pain filled eyes, of solemn reminiscence of her cries. Even as she slept, even when she didn't know he was here, even in peaceful siesta she was trying to push him to do right rather than wrong. She was feeling his anger, and willingness to destroy anyone and everyone for her, and even in her slumber so tranquil, she wanted to keep him from violence.
"Shh...," he hushed, caressing her hand and pressing his lips against her forehead, forgetting about Suigetsu. Suigetsu watched the exchange, and slowly his face transformed into one with a knowing smile.
"I guess she's the only one who can keep you in check, huh Sasuke?" Suigetsu more of stated than asked. Sasuke turned back to him.
"Leave this place, and forget everything you saw here. If I find out someone other than you and me know of her, I will kill you." He threatened. Suigetsu smiled, and disappeared into a cloud of smoke. Sasuke returned to stare down at Sakura, who continued to toss and turn, crying for him to stop, and to not do an unnamed crime.
He leaned into her ear, his husky breath fanning the hearing part of the human body before him, hushing her again.
"I'm here Sakura. I'm here. Shhh, Sakura, I won't do anything." He calmed her, and after a while, she returned to a peaceful state of unconsciousness.
"Sasuke-kun…" She moaned out. This brought him to smirk. The way his name rolled off her lips made him want to make her scream it. With this, images washed through his mind of Sakura screaming his name while he thrust into her constantly, her face becoming flushed, her hands clawing at his bare back.
He pulled away only a little and brushed his lips against her jaw line and across her lips. He then placed a peck kiss on her lips and went back to her ear.
She was not only his love, she was his obsession.
"You belong to me. You shall love no one other than me." He whispered into her ear.
"…Yes Sasuke-kun…" She moaned in her sleep.
He smirked wanting to hear her saying say his name again. This made him growl out of lust. She shifted again going to the way she laid earlier.
He pulled himself up still having her trapped in between his arms. His self control was slipping second by second, and he could almost feel himself losing his grip on his sanity. She drove him wild, and Sasuke could only scream inwardly, releasing frustrations with anger and later fighting.
Not being able to resist his pull towards her he turned around and lay on the bed and brushed a strand of hair out of her face. She inhaled sharply from his touch and her head moved up a little. And right now even if Sasuke was the secret King of her fan club he had no idea that Sakura could purr.
And they laid there together, him staring into her closed lids, and solemnly loving her each and every moment of their time together. He leaned in lightly, kissing her with the softest lip lock he could muster in her sleeping state. He couldn't help it, and when he pulled away, she was smiling in her slumber. They stayed there for an eons. The world had died, and been reborn, and he knew nothing of it, because he refused to move his eyes away from her majestic face. In the silence, he screamed how much he loved her, and in her quiet inhales and exhales, she listened, telling him she loved him too.
The world was brought back again, when the phone rang. Sasuke stood, staring at the silver house phone with a glare as Sakura began stirring. He slowly backed away, hiding his chakra and hid in the closet to watch his cherry blossom.
"Hello…" She answered in a tired voice. A voice that sent shivers down Sasuke's back and not in a bad way.
"What's wrong Naruto?" She said this in a more aware voice. The mention of his rival enraged him. He had been trying to win Sakura's heart ever since he found out that Sasuke was in love with her.
"What?!" She screamed and sat up fast. That's another thing Sasuke loved. Her anger spoke seductively to him. He found it more sexy than scary, and he supposed it was because he liked his women strong.
"Yeah Naruto you can stay here…just keep calm, and breathe." She hung up the phone sighing and sitting up and Sasuke's eyes widened when she looked straight at him in the closet. He was sure she couldn't see him...but the way she looked was phenomenal. Her tired, half lidded eyes stared at him with a warming glow, as she ran a hand through her pink locks of hair. She stood, revealing a red nightgown that stopped two inches above her knees. And needless to say...Sasuke could only trace her fully exposed body three hundred times as she walked to her personal bathroom, and another three hundred more when she came back and sat down. With a flick of her lamp switch she was illuminated more by a bright glow of warmth, and Sasuke's heart ached painfully.
He could have had her. He could have had this gentle goddess before him if it weren't for Itachi. And Sasuke could not be more pained by her beauty. He had watched her everyday, go from the broken girl he had left behind to this beautiful creature of strength. It made him almost pissed off. He no longer had a damsel in distress. He had an ass kicking woman, ready to defend herself and/or her village without a second thought. And it made him feel like he had wasted precious time that could have been with her.
After some time Sakura and Sasuke heard a knock and Sasuke was pulled by his trance of desire when Sakura left her room. Two minutes later she had returned with a sad Naruto sitting close to him and rubbing his back.
Sasuke's eyes activated with the sharingan.
Naruto was not suppose to be sitting as close as he was. She was not suppose to be seen by no other the way she was dressed. She was supposed be clothed, and unseen by the leering eyes of other men, and this including the eyes of Naruto Uzumaki. And Sasuke glared harder when he turned, hugging Sakura for comfort.
Sasuke had then decided that somehow, someway, that bastard would pay for touching what was rightfully his.
"Naruto are you ok?" She said in a sweet voice. Her sincerity touched Sasuke's heart all the time, but not now because of its direction being to Naruto. The blond haired knuckle headed ninja was his enemy, almost always when it came down to Sakura, and he disliked the man he called his best friend. Naruto was one of the greatest friends, and enemies he had ever had, and he included this in his quest to obtain Sakura as his own.
"No…I can't believe she would do that to me. I mean I gave her everything that I had, everything that I was…she never loved me did she?" Sasuke couldn't believe what he was hearing. So far the pieces that he put together were that Hinata cheated on Naruto.
"Naruto don't say that. Maybe it wasn't what you thought it was. Remember how you thought Shikamaru and I were doing it but it turned out we were trying to change a light bulb and we kept on falling around." Sakura tried to explain.
"And Hinata-Chan does love you. She loves you very much. She always has. A day hasn't gone by where she told me otherwise." Sakura promised and Naruto shook his head.
"Sakura-Chan I saw them. Hinata was on top of Kiba! So are you saying that my eyes are deceiving me?!" Naruto screamed at her, of course Sasuke wasn't really appreciating that he instantly gritted his teeth and his Sharigan activated.
"Naruto calm down. And yes, there's a possibility you just overreacted! I was on top of Shikamaru too you know!" Sakura said sternly. Sasuke glared.
Another person was added to his list.
"I WILL NOT CALM DOWN! DAMN IT!" Suddenly Naruto took Sakura and threw her to the floor. Sasuke burst out his hiding spot and attacked Naruto before he was about to hit Sakura.
Sakura's eyes widen at the scene. Sasuke and Naruto punched and kicked at each other. She crawled backwards into a corner. Naruto who was losing control of himself with the nine tailed demon beginning to take hold of his mind, even if Naruto was trying to resist. He was about to touch Sakura until Sasuke, already in level two of his curse mark form, grabbed his ankle and swung him across the room knocking him out. The room was sent into disarray as the lamp feel on the floor with a kick and a punch from Naruto or Sasuke, and they ran for each other, ready to kill the other without hesitation. And soon Sasuke got the upper hand, slamming Naruto against the wall by his throat. Sasuke's black and sharigan red eyes glared into Naruto's demon red orbs.
Sakura stared at Sasuke's back. Sasuke's eyes just stared at Naruto.
"S-Sasuke…t-teme?" Naruto said in shock, growling at the man, and glaring at him with a hate unsurpassed by anyone in someone's life. Sasuke disappeared and reappeared in front of Naruto a bit closer and grabbed him at his neck lifting him up.
"You dare touch her." Sasuke said in a demon voice that was very terrifying. Slowly but surely Naruto got back into his original senses, and he was slightly struck with fear, seeing Sasuke glare at him, in his cursed form. He looked at Sakura shakily, his windpipe almost being crushed by the infuriated Uchiha.
"Sasuke I didn't mean to. You know I would never do any…" Naruto's air supply was caught in the middle of his sentence as Sasuke roughly shook his neck.
"Then why did you?" Sasuke asked in the same voice.
"Sasuke-kun stop!" Sakura screamed and hugged Sasuke from behind crying.
His eyes widen. The warmth that he had lost as soon as he saw his cherry blossom hurt began to return. He turned around just to make sure. He had to be sure it was her. If it was a false source, he would surely be enraged, and all hell would break loose, but it was in fact her. His sharigan proved it, and she stared up at him, scared, with crystal tears falling down her face. The fear in her eyes grew when she looked at him, confirming his theory that she was scared of him. Scared of him. This was not what he wanted. She shouldn't be scared of him. She should be happy to see him, impressed with his power and strength. Instead, he was feared, and he despised this. Sasuke turned and let go of Naruto who fell to the floor weakly due to the overwhelming power of the nine tails. Sasuke's curse seal began to immediately retreat back into his neck. His wings disappeared back into his back.
Obsessively, he grabbed Sakura's face, caressing away the illusions of strands of hair that got into her face. He placed his forehead against hers, and hoped she would trust him rather than fear him as she did before. Nothing else mattered now, only her approval of him did.
"D-don't C-cry…I-I'll s-stop…" He said in a repetitive voice that only she could hear. Nothing else mattered now, just that she knew she wouldn't hurt him. Nothing else mattered, except that she still loved him, as he knew she did.
"Sakura-Chan I'm…" Naruto was caught off with Sasuke growling at him the way he would growl at an enemy.
"...Sorry Sakura-Chan." Naruto said ignoring Sasuke's silent threats. Her smile released the tension, but in it was her own fear that both the men in the room could see. There was more going on inside that head of hers than she was letting on, and Naruto and Sasuke could see it. Neither of the men who had known her for almost fourteen years were fooled, and Sasuke silently asked already that Naruto find some excuse to leave. And while Naruto was reluctant, he obliged.
"It's fine Naruto." Sakura said. A silence followed, and Naruto glared mistrustfully at Sasuke before sighing in defeat, at Sasuke's silent pleas to be alone with her.
"I'm gonna go and talk to Hinata. Maybe I did overreact Sakura-Chan." Naruto said. A smile grew on her face, this time of genuine happiness, as she nodded to him.
And then he left, leaving them alone. The room was enveloped once more in an uncomfortable silence, and the only sound, was the last and final closing of the front door downstairs. He looked at the woman he loved and obsessed over for years. And their eyes met, and he showed her everything. He showed her how long he loved her, why he left, how much she meant; everything. Tears welled in her eyes from her shock in his silent confession, as she got closer to him quietly.
"Sasuke-kun..." She whispered. His muscles tensed with the saying of his name, as she smiled just slightly.
Neither one needed to say a thing.
She took her hand and placed it on his cheek, once again the electricity, lust and love flowing through him. He could feel himself being drawn into the lips he had traced thousands and thousands of times. His hands laid on her curvy waist, once again remembering the curves he constantly obsessed ten times over. And when their lips made contact Sasuke loved it. He remembered each succession as one kissed turned into another, and as his hands held her body closer and tighter. He wanted more so he began to lick her bottom lip begging for entrance, so that he may claim what he believed to be rightfully his.
She opened her mouth, a grant of permission, and his tongue shot into her wet cavern, as he slammed her against the wall. Her leg wrapped around his as her hands found their way into her hair. He loved the taste and his sneaky hand went down to her thigh and lifted it to wrap around his hips. Sakura did a small jump and wrapped the other leg around his hips.
He started to get addicted, and he didn't want to stop. They pulled away for air and looked at each other.
"I love you…" He whispered.
kiss.
"So…"
kiss.
"Much…."
Tongue fight.
Sakura moaned as Sasuke worked his way down to her neck. He sucked and licked her neck making a love mark. Sakura moan a little louder. He held her up and then laid her down on the bed, and just for that moment, he stopped. Her beauty caused him to remain still in time, seeing flushed cheeks, and hazed eyes, that sparkled in the moonlight. Every single detail was taken in, and engraved in his memory, and he slowly closed his eyes, kissing her once more.
The rest of the night in the room was nothing but moans and groans.
Sasuke held her while she slept quietly and peacefully. He let his thumb gently caress her shoulder skin. The baby soft skin was addictively its nature, and he found himself rubbing the shoulder skin gently as to not awaken her. The sheets were messily covering them up until Sasuke's abs. Looking down at her, he could feel it. He could feel the want for more, but knew she was exhausted from the night before.
After all he did make her scream his name a couple of times. He even screamed her name as well.
She moaned as a sign that she was awakening the sun had just raised and the streams look so beautiful on her. Her beautiful emerald eyes opened and looked at him. The goddess arose just a bit, taking in his own looks, to assess that he was here, that he was truly here, and it was not just another dream. He caressed her face.
"Beautiful…" Was all he had to say because it was all his eyes could see. She smiled before looking down slightly, sadness reaching her eyes and a secretive fear he could not read for a moment.
"What's wrong beautiful?" He asked, kissing her gently.
"You're going to leave again...aren't you?" Sakura whispered, her question more of a statement that Sasuke could feel was twisted in with slight despair, anger and sadness. He caressed her face.
"Sakura...," He called.
"Don't...I know you want to find...I know you have to go back to your team and hunt for him." Sakura said hesitantly, and looked away as she sat up, hugging a her sheet to her body. Sasuke sat up with her, caressing her face with a sigh.
"Sakura...," She didn't look at him.
"I knew it. You're obsessed with finding him and killing him." Sakura whispered. He kissed her instantly, pulling her close.
"Sakura...I'm not going anywhere." He promised. Her green eyes widened, and the shocked orbs looked into his.
"But...don't you have to go back to your team and hunt for him?" Sakura said hesitantly.
"Why would you think that?" Sasuke asked looking at her. She straddled him so that she could look directly down at him, and he pushed away a side of her draping hair to sit beside her ear.
"But...doesn't vengeance mean more to you than…?" Her voice trailed and her glared at her. The last word didn't need to be said for him to know who she figured was of less importance to revenge. Herself. Had he really been this cruel? Had he really gotten her to believe that vengeance was more important than her? Forcefully he pulled her down to kiss her, and in it, he laid claim to her again, silently but aggressively daring gods to try and take her away. And when they pulled away, he glared at her softer, not being able to stay angered with her.
"Nothing is more important than you. Nothing ever has been more important than you." Sasuke said in a soft voice. She looked at him with a small blush.
"Besides…" he started. "...You are my love and my only obsession." He told her. She blushed turned into a regular smile with a glow he loved to see. She kissed him and he savored the drug addicted feeling. He then remembered her promises that she had said during their love making.
"Sakura, you're mine."
"Yes..."
"No other can pleasure you like this."
"Yes..."
"No other may love you the way I do"
"Yes."
"No other may touch you they way I can"
"Yes!"
"Sakura you're mine."
"YES!"
Sasuke smirked.
"Why are you smirking like that?" Sakura said having a bad feeling about that smirk. Her hunch was unfortunately right.
"Oh nothing just that….you belong to me…" He said smirking.
"KYAA!" Sakura screamed as Sasuke flipped her over and started repeating some of the things that they had done last night.
'She is my love, my addiction, my only obsession.' Were his final thoughts.
