The night draped the city of Paris in a blanket of darkness, only the stars and the pale moon could be seen. In the dark streets below a tall thin figure nimbly made his way past guards. Clopin chuckled to himself as he easily slipped past one guard and another. Suddenly he tripped and alerted the guards that happened to passing through. "Get him!" one shouted. Frightened , Clopin ran as fast as his thin legs would carry him. Slipping into a dark ally Clopin pressed himself against the cold brick wall, hoping the guards wouldn't find him. No luck, their torches gave off a bright light ,giving away the protection the darkness had offered him. Clopin ran as hard as he could go, turning down one ally and another with the guards at his heels like blood thirsty hounds. Suddenly a pair of hands shot out and grabbed him. To scared to think ,Clopin tried to scream but whoever held him covered his mouth before a noise could escape. Reaching for his dagger, Clopin was suddenly spun around ,and came face to face with Phoebus. "Phoebus?" Clopin muttered but Phoebus placed his hand over Clopins mouth to quiet him. "Quiet" he mouthed and Clopin understood. They huddled together as some guards past them, muttering something about the prisoners. After they had gone Clopin stepped away from Phoebus. "Thank you for pulling me out of trouble, how can I thank you for that?" . "There is one way," said Phoebus, and stepped forward and grasped Clopins arm and pulled him forward and kissed his lips. Clopin ,taken by surprise didn't expect this. But he loved the sensation, he wrapped his arms around Phoebus's neck. While Phoebus's arm snaked around his waist and pulled him closer. Clopin gasped when Phoebus licked the inside of his mouth, and bit his tongue. Then Phoebus pulled back and looked Clopin in the eyes while stroking his face. Clopin leaned agaist Phoebus While Phoebus rubbed his back. With his eyes closed Clopin whispered to Phoebus, "Thank you". Phoebus who had been stroking Clopins back, grinned and answered " your welcome" and kissed Clopins head softly.
