America glanced at Japan out of the corner of his eye. Japan was sitting on the other side of the couch, eyes locked on the television screen, watching the latest anime he had bought.

You're so cute.

America smiled as Japan laughed.

Why don't you laugh for me like that?

The corners of Japan's lips were curved up into a faint smile.

I never see you smile like that for me.

Japan glanced over to see America staring at him. "A-America-san…? Why are you staring at me rike that?" He asked softly.

You always call me America-san.

America watched him a minute longer. His face was stoic, set back into stone.

Why don't you show your emotions to me?

"Sorry dude." America laughed. "I guess I sorta zoned out." Japan nodded and went back to watching his show.

Why don't you react to anything I do?

Why do I only seem to annoy you?

America watched Japan again while the credits ran.

I love your smile.

I love your laugh.

I love the way you hum when you think no one's watching.

I love the way you always help me out even though I bother the crap out of you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you!

"I am going home, America-san." Japan said, bowing deeply. "Arigato for watching with me."

America felt strangled by the words in his throat.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

"No prob, dude. See ya later!"

Oh well… maybe tomorrow.
