Shining Armor's Cutie Mark
It was a sunny day in the heart of spring in Canterlot, The sun gently shined over the busy city as mares and stallions walked and galloped around with their daily business. Little fillies and colts played around with each other when their schools let out except for one special filly.
A young filly was reading on a bench her name was Twilight Sparkle and she was reading so she could be as magicial as their princess. She held her book infront of her as she read with her magic and smiled as she read. Unknown to her a few colts walked to her and one smacked the book to the ground and she jumped.
"Hey! Why did you do that?" Twlight called out in shock and slight anger.
"Wow! The Egghead talks!" One said while his friends laught with him.
"I'm Not an Egghead!"
"Whatever well me and the guys were wondering if...you'd like to play a game with us..." he said smirking a little and the other colts giggled faintly
"A game? I don't know...I'm waiting for my big brother..."
"Oh come on Sparkle live a little."
Twilight thought about it then picked up her book and said," Alright but just a little bit ok?"
"Great the game is called...Pony in the middle!" One Pushed her to the ground and suddenly grabbed her book and they tossed it back and forth with the other colts and she jumped and said," Hey! give it back!"
"Come one Egghead!" They laughed at her and she kept running around for her book and suddenly she started to cry and she curled on the ground and started to cry. She sniffled softly as she muttered," Shining Armor..."
As This started an older colt was walking towards the square where his younger sister would be found. He was Shining Armor and Twilight's older brother. He hummed gently as he walked then heard shouting and then turned and saw Colts messing with his precious little sister. He gasped gently and then ran at them and shouted," LEAVE MY LITTLE SISTER ALONE!"
His Unicorn horn glowed brightly with his anger and his magic grabbed the colts and pushed them away. He ran infront of Twilight and snorted gently with his unicorn glowing and he said," If You dare hurt my little sister again i'll make sure you'll pay for it!"
They gasped and one threw her book into the fountain as they ran off. Twilight cried into her brother and said," Shining Armor! I was scared..."
"Don't worry Twily I'm here...I promise to protect you..." He said turning to her and as he said that a light appeared on his flank and his cutie mark slowly appeared. He didn't care all he cared about right now was drying his sister's tears. He smiled and then said," Come on i'll get you a new book..."
She sniffled and said," Ok..." They walked off together to the book store.
