Phoenix wright was a Law student, overly optimistic, spikey haired, and a bit of a goofball. Currently he was in the library beneath the courthouse researching some materials for one of his classes. He was just getting ready to leave and was returning the books to the shelves when he accidentally bumped into someone. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" he spoke quickly, "no no, it's my fault. I'm sorry."
The voice was soft and beautiful, almost hypnotizing in a way. Surprised by the voice he looked down at who he knocked over and was surprised by the girl in front of him. Pale snow white skin, crimson red hair, soft brown eyes, and a kind smile. "I'm sorry" she spoke again pulling Phoenix from his thoughts. "Oh! No no, really it was my entire fault." He said scratching the back of his head nervously.
She giggled and his heart fluttered. He stuck his hand out "My name is Phoenix Wright, I'm a law student!" he said proudly she giggled at his enthusiasm. "Dahlia Hawthorn," She said shaking his hand. 'Wow, she's really soft' "Mind if I join you?" "Uh..No! No! Not at all, please." He said pulling a chair out for her to sit down. She smiled at him "you're such a gentleman Pheenie." "Pheenie?" He paused confused "I'm sorry." She said looking as if she were about to cry. "I just thought Pheenie was a cute nick name for you. I won't use it again." "Please don't cry. I'm sorry; I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. I like the nickname honest." "Really?" She asked doubtfully "really" he replied back smiling.
She smiled brightly at him and Phoenix could have sworn his heart stopped beating. "Is, is it okay for me to give you a nickname too? I think Dollie is adorable." "It would make me so happy Pheenie!" The smile on his face was so big it was amazing it didn't split his face in two. It was when she took off something and handed it to him that his smile disappeared and confusion won out. "What's this?"
He asked looking at it, it was a rather unique looking necklace. I gold heart with a glass bottle in the center, "I know we've only just met Pheenie, but I want to give you this" he looked at her surprised "Why?" "As a symbol of our love, I want you to have this. But you need to keep it a secret. Don't show it to anyone." "Wow! Really?" He put the necklace on "Thanks Dollie! I'll take good care of it." She smiled again "I'm sure you will Pheenie."
Because Phoenix was so enamored with the necklace he didn't notice that the smile was forced and her eyes held a dark and sinister gleam.
