This idea came to me last night, and I needed to get some writing out. This is based on Stephen Jerzak's 'Small Town Celebrity' and I suggest you listen to it as you read. Notice how similar and yet how different the two stories are... :D

Chad was amazed a little small town girl could make it to Hollywood.
Make it to the big time.
Make him crazy.
She was from Wisconsin for Pete's sake!
How could one girl from some Podunk state…
Confuse him so much?
Intrigue him more than anyone else?
Attract him more than any model or actress he'd met?
He watched her on the T.V.
Read the articles about her in all the magazines.
Laughed quietly to himself when she said something funny.
But the weirdest thing was, it didn't seem to be going to her head.
At all.
She brought out the best and worst in him, and she had no idea.
Because underneath the cool clothes and stunning makeup, she was still Sonny.
The little girl from Wisconsin with big dreams.
And secretly, he liked it.
He liked it a lot.
