Chapter: 1 Saya and Haji's grim battle against 1000
As Saya drew the sharp blade from the dark stained sheathe slowly, the vibrating ping filled her ears as a pack of Diva's demons circle around her. The ever changing growls of their soul just made it a lot harder to kill them as they were human before but not anymore. Haji backed into saya as he unwrapped his arm to ready himself for an onslaught. Saya looked around and say nothing but an ocean of mindless chevalier. She looked at Haji and asked, "Hey haji are you ready for this? I mean we are seriously outnumbered and out matched. I'm not even sure we will survive this at all!" Diva laughed and yelled, "Is that doubt I hear in your voice sister? Hahahaha now I know this place will be your grave!" Diva spins around waving her fingers signaling her beasts to attack as if she was dancing for a crowd. Haji chuckles as his bandages fall to the floor and he calls out, "Ha! Do you really think we are going to let you take over the world and turn everyone into your own personal chevalier puppet? You must be sadly mistaken if that will ever come true!" As haji pointed at her with a furious dark stare. "So bring it on! Anything you dish out we can handle without breaking a sweat!" with Haji's taunting threat echoing around the chamber. Diva's temper rose up and she struck out her hand to start the attack. A sudden up roar of stampeding chevalier came charging through every single corridor surrounding them. Diva jumped up on the back of one chevalier that seemed to be more controlled than the rest. Haji struck a dark grin and said, "Saya keep calm, focus on the one true objective, and never forget what you are fighting for here. Understand?" Saya readied her blade as her eyes began to glow bright crimson red and looking back from the corner of her eye she said, "Yea I understand, haji just promise me something okay? Haji looked back toward Saya and said, "What is it?" Saya continues. "Promise me you will come out alive and I'll do the same. What do you say?" Haji held up is arm and gave off a serious look with a slain smile and said, "Of course. You know we will make it out of here intact and with Diva's twisted head on a stick nothing more nothing less than that. It wouldn't be a party without some wild guests!" Saya's head drops a little as the entire horde closed in on them. Haji growls and yells, "Saya! This is it here they come!" Saya lifts her head up quick and screams, "Diva. I'll end you with my last breath you hear me? You will pay!" Saya & Haji charge off in different directions as they slash away through the horde of 1000. One by one the mindless beasts fell but only for another to take its place. Disturbed and twisted laughter filled the room as Diva was having a thrill watching them struggle to fight off her army. "Hahahaha. You fools I was right from the beginning. You're never leaving here alive not with your hearts still beating!" Saya & Haji meet back in the center floor all bloody and thrashed with shallow breaths. Saya drops to her knees in wiped despair and says, "There are just too many. No matter how many we take out another takes up the spot. What do we do now because what we are doing now has gone south along time ago!" Haji wipes off blood splatter on his mouth and kills a one beast that tried to get the jump on him. "*Sigh* well I must admit these chevalier are a lot more focused than the other ones we've came across in the past. I wonder what changed?"….
