Dean took one more glance at cas's sleeping form on the bed before he left the holtel and drove off in the impala.
It had been month since Sam said yes to devil and jumped into the hole leaveing dean with Bobby and Cas dead, but maybe there was a god after all cause he brought back Cas and Bobby, he only wish he brought back Sam to but he knew that would have been to easy.
Weeks after Sam left Cas had fallen and landed in Navada with no memories at all.
Bobby got a report from an hunter and sent Dean to check it out, when Dean got to Nevada he was greed by the hunter Bobby told him he would be waiting for him when he got there.
The hunters name was Branden and he drove dean to an old run down town in the middle of no where, with very few house and stores, when he parked in front of an old hospital dean was confused and asked what was going on bobby had never told dean what they were up against so he asked Branden what he should grab from his bag.
Branden told him he did not think he was a threat when they walked in to the hospital to the front desk to a pretty blonde who was on the phone.
They waited till she was done and asked to see the guy who just came in, she gave a small smile torward dean and looked down at her charts and told the room 402 and down the hall to the right.
They walked down the hall and walk in the room there sleeping in a hospital bed was Castiel.
"Cas" Dean yelled wakeing the man up with a small jump dean ran over to him.
"Do I know you" the man asked confused as he looked to dean and branden.
Cas it's me Dean whats the matter with you don't you know me?"
Dean asked looking Cas deep in eyes pleaing for him to remember him. Dean looked away and turned to brandon and asked him to follow him to the hall when he asked how he found Cas.
Branden told him all he knew and how they found in a burn down field pass out cold and he had been in the hospital for weeks before he woke up screaming and saying weird things and asked some one to call this number but after that he seemed to lose all of his memories, he did not even know his name.
The number he gave the nurse was Bobbys number, branden told dean one of the nurses was once a hunter and called him and he caled Bobby. Dean nodded and walked back in the room to talk to cas.
