A/N: This is a short poem about the relationship between Inuyasha and Kagome in Sango's point of view.
Fear
Emotions never spoken
Expressing them would break the trance.
Looking at each other
A thousand words exchanged,
Yet not a single sound escapes their lips.
What is thought is never said,
What is said is over thought.
Looking always wanting
Scared to take a step,
Staring never talking
Fearing what could be said.
Both could have the world
And yet neither knows what they want,
Always searching for excuses
Not realizing both are at fault.
He is scared of all unknown
She fears what could go wrong
He wants her but won't say it
She wants him,
But her mouth stays shut.
Fear stands in the corner
Laughing at what it has created,
Knowing both are paralyzed
And wont move until everything has faded.
I've been watching them
Stuck in the same place for months on end
I shake my head and walk away
There's nothing I can do for them.
