At long last, I have something to write about. This time, it focuses on a 3DS game called Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon. This is a novelization of the postgame story of Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon. As such, it may contain spoilers for the postgame as a whole. Hope you enjoy.
Quest To Restore A Friend

A certain Riolu was continuing his work as a member of the Expedition Society. He was also a human whisked away from the human world to save the world from Dark Matter. His name was Adam. From the start of his adventure, he met a female Snivy under the name of Emerald, who eventually became friends with Adam after Emerald believed Adam when he said that he was once a human. Emerald gave Adam a Harmony Scarf as a symbol of friendship.
However, the Harmony Scarves were not just normal scarves. The power of the two scarves happened to come from the Tree of Life. When the Tree of Life is in reach of Adam and Emerald, both evolve. After climbing the Tree of Life, the battle with Dark Matter began. Despite the evolution disappearing, with determination, Adam and Emerald defeated Dark Matter. When Adam was about to destroy Dark Matter, however, Emerald destroyed Dark Matter herself, accepting herself to Dark Matter.
That was when things took a huge turn downwards. Adam was supposed to go back to the human world. However, the next day, he talked to Emerald about wanting to stay in the Pokémon world. But Emerald stopped Adam before he could even get his plan out. Emerald explained that Xerneas came to Emerald, and Emerald finally revealed the truth to Adam; Emerald was Mew's reincarnation.
Emerald went on to tell Adam that both Adam and Emerald chose to wipe their memories so that the same mistake cannot be repeated. Then, Emerald told Adam something that really took away Adam's emotions completely: "It's not you who has to go, Adam… It's me…" And then, just like that, Emerald faded into the light, and she told Adam to not cry. Adam, however, cannot stand Emerald disappearing, and when Emerald was gone, Adam collapsed in tears.
Now the quest to bring Emerald back begins, as Adam faces new challenges and recruits new members in the adventure that Adam will never ever forget. Adam will also have new encounters with familiar Pokémon from his past adventures. With the help of those Pokémon, Adam will find a way to restore Emerald. There had to be a way, right?
And that was the prologue. When I get to writing the first chapter of this fanfiction, I will continue writing with dialogue that is accurate to the postgame itself. Stay tuned for the first portion of the postgame story novelization soon.
