Have you ever heard of the game Animal Jam? It's a rather childish multiplayer game. But there are dark sides to it too, creepy sides. If you are ever on Animal Jam and happen to take a visit to Sarepia Forest, DO NOT take the slide down. DO NOT look at the gathering that will be happening below. Get out as fast as you can, log out, close your eyes, just... DON'T. LOOK.

This story starts on an ordinary day. I was bored, and decided to check Animal Jam. I hadn't been on this game for a while, but, I had nothing to do and I kinda liked seeing other players fawning over my beta items and making up sob stories to get them...

I had been on for awhile and I got bored again. I went to Sarepia Forest and tried to click on the plant shop, but instead, I ended up going down the stupid horribly placed slide. So I just decided to climb back up the ladder, but instead of going up the ladder, my avatar (which is a wolf), went to the right of it. Then I saw it.

There was a lone arctic wolf dancing. His name was Count spirtclaw. He had A light blue base with a black mane, and completely black eyes. He kept on saying: JOIN US, JOIN THE COUNTS, THE RISE OF THE COUNT

I was thoroughly confused, then another arctic wolf I thought was AFK started dancing... His name changed... And his colors started changing too... Soon there were two copies of arctic wolves, preaching to COUNT. I thought I was a joke, so I stayed to watch what would happen.

Soon, a clan came by to hunt, and their reaction was basically: WTF, and LOL. By this time, there were already 4 wolves that had turned, so this looked extremely odd. The deputy of the clan just stood there for a while, I thought she was AFK. Then her name changed. Her colors changed. She was DANCING.

I could not believe this. THIS was not right! Within 5 minutes, the whole of the clan had turned. All the wolves were dancing. All of them had the same blue and black colors. And all of them had The same name. Count spirtclaw. I don't know why I'm still here, but after a long time of just sitting, trying to figure out what was causing this, I got kicked out for being AFK. However, after the regular AFK message, I tried to click "ok," but the screen froze and a picture of a Count spiritclaw came up. I unplugged the computer, but the picture somehow was burned into the screen. I ended up having to throw the monitor away.

More and more people have joined, but my tale ends here. You can't escape it, Countification... You will feel it in you. If you stare at the odd dance they do for too long, if you feel something in you. It is too late. You'll feel it in your bones. An urge. You will change forms, the name you thought was yours will change. You'll start to dance. You can't stop it, You will start singing your praises to COUNT, you'll drag more and more players into the gathering. You will never be the same again. If you read this, if you are ever on Animal Jam and happen to take a visit to Sarepia Forest, DO NOT take the slide down. DO NOT look at the gathering that will be happening below. Get out as fast as you can, log out, close your eyes, just... Don't. Look.
