This is how Edward couldn't see that Alfons was dying, the things he wanted to see, and his faults during the movie. Enjoy!!!
Faults, Couldn't Sees, and Sees.
It was easy to tell the difference between Alfons, the german scientist, and Alphonse, the other Elric brother. But to Edward, it wasn't. He kept on seeing Al's face of Alfons, and hearing him when the rocket scientist talked. Ed saw how Alfons's hid the looks he got when Ed started talking about his world, his friends, his brother. He knew that Alfons that he was crazy, and he saw it too. But he didn't see Alfons's blood being coughed up, and how Alfons was slowly dying. He didn't see that until it was too late. . .
And even then he didn't see why he should of stayed in his world, with his family and friends. Edward didn't see the things he should of, he saw the things he wanted to see, that were still unimportant, and that was the main fault of the Full Metal Alchemist, Dog of the Military, Hero of the People, Major Edward Elric.
