Disclaimer: I don't own Buffy: the Vampire Slayer or The Mighty Thor.

So, a while back I decided to read Thor's comics and I just reached this part where Thor becomes a frog (no, really)... I just had to write this crossover, XD

That said, I dare someone to continue this fic (I still have a maaany issues to read). If you pick it up, just tell me

The Strange Little Frog

Thor's life was anything but quiet. Make no mistake, he didn't mind a good fight from time to time, but sometimes his adventures were simply surrealists. His current situation was a good example.

He wasn't sure about what had exactly happened, but it was obvious that the kiss of that woman had something to do with him becoming a frog. Yes, that was correct, he was a frog and he suspected that Loki had something to do with this. With what intentions had he done this? Who knows, but there was no doubt that none of them were good.

Even so, this weird day didn't end with his transformation in a little green animal, for not much later a strange portal started to open before his eyes. It was bright, really bright, and it was sucking in the objects in the alley. An old newspaper, leaves… His hammer stayed still in the ground where it had fallen, but he wasn't so lucky. In this form, he barely weighed, and his new legs weren't strong enough to resist the pull of the portal and hold him on the ground. He went flying towards the portal.

His eyes widened when he saw approaching vortex. In the last moment, he closed his eyes, not wanting to risk a possible damage in them. Thud. With a dry sound, he landed on a stone. He was in a cavern, and the floor was covered by the corpses of some kind of creature that he had never seen before. Around him, ten women, most of them young, observed him with looks of incredulity on their faces while they murmured between them.

"Weren't the demons trying to summon the power of…" was saying a blonde woman to a brown haired, one of the oldest in the group. In her hands rested an interesting axe dirtied by a black liquid. Blood from this strange creatures, perhaps?

"Don't look at me; the one that made the research was Andrew."

"Alternate dimension?" proposed another.

"Of course, Vi. The Frog of Thunder," said a dark skinned one. All of them, Vi included, laughed at the idea, but their laughs disappeared when a scream full of terror resounded trough all the cavern.

The scream came from a red haired woman, the only female in this cavern that was weaponless and wearing a dress. The rest of the women were dressed in trousers and each held a weapon. Were all of them warriors? Leaving that thought aside for later consideration, Thor noticed that there was mud on the ground of the cavern. Wonderful! He could use the wet earth to communicate with these female warriors, perhaps they would be able to help him out of this predicament he had found himself in.

With a resolved attitude, Thor jumped from the stone to the ground and approached the mud with another two powerful jumps, not realizing that his movements lead him closer to the woman who had screamed.

"Buffy!" the red haired female clenched one of the arms of the woman with the axe, trying to hid behind her. "Kill it!"

"Willow, is just a frog."

"Exactly!"

"A frog that is currently writing in the ground," said another one of the females. The red haired one studied the movements of the amphibian and turned her look towards Buffy.

"See? Clearly, it's a demonic frog. You're the Slayer and my best friend; it's your sacred duty to eliminate this threat."

"You gotta be kidding…"

"What's the matter, Andrea?" The girl answered Buffy with a slight movement of her head. All of them followed her gaze and stared at the words written in the mud by the frog from another dimension.

I am Thor Odinson, began the frog's message.

"I was joking!" were Rona's words.
