Now what was she going to do with a kitten?
Her human friends could be very silly sometimes. Though, to be fair on them, she hadn't mentioned her stay in the human world was only temporary. Nor had she mentioned that she wasn't human at all, but rather a digital entity trying to understand and appreciate the human world.
But she'd learnt that it was good manners to accept a gift without comment, and then worry about what to do with it later, and so she did. She accepted the gift and took it home – and, luckily, her friends had collaborated and brought the kitten's basic needs as well.
But really, now what?
