IN REGARDS TO ANYONE FLAMING Starkit's Prophecy:
Stop. I get you all think it's bad! There's no use in flaming the kid! I used to write like that. Maybe not as badly in the grammar department but I'm sure everyone has mispelled something in their life! It was an honest to God effort by someone to put something out there. If I were going to do one of these "Reviewing Starkit's Prophecy" stories, I wouldn't flame her, I would give her helpful tips as to improve the story and become a better author in general! These flames need to stop. They may be fun to read but imagine if it was you who everyone was joking about because you mispelled something or made a blatant prophecy or crossed the line in some way. I'm not fond of the story myself, but if someone wants to write like this, then to hell with what anyone else thinks! And to 1. keep this from getting taken down. and 2. help you all realize how stupid this has gotten, I'll write a one-shot.
Starkit's Reaction. The kit looked down with her rainbow eyes into the pool. Bluestar looked at the young cat who had recently started reading out some flames done on behalf of her story.
"Starkit? Are you alright?" the blue-grey she-cat asked. The other cat said nothing, just stared at the numbers of reviews about her story.
"These are all about me?" she finally choked out. Bluestar nodded. "If my story is so horrible, why do I even exist? Why do any of us exist?"
Bluestar sat back and watched Starkit glaring daggers at the names of the authors of the flames and roasting stories. "They think the grammar was bad, some off spelling, and some bad plot twists." the elder cat whispered, afraid to anger Starkit.
"But xdarkrosex tried so hard. It was a good story. Maybe some plot holes, sure! But why my story? There's so many stories out there similar to mine, but I don't see them getting flamed."
"Well darling," Bluestar wrapped her tail around Starkit's shoulders. "not everyone can see the good behind the bad. But keep smiling. I'm sure they're regretting this knowing that StarClan's watching now."
The pair walked away from the reading pool, sure that if they turned back, they would see the words retreating from the scene.
Back To Reality:Even though my story may be lost to e every actual story that wasn't a response, I want to say: Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please take the time before posting your stories and reviews about any story: Is is Necessary? Is it Kind? Is it Helpful? Is it Truthful?
Thank you for taking time out of your day to consider this, and have a wonderful day, evening, afternoon, or anything else it may be for you!
Sincerely, -Bri
