A Midnight Chat

Author's Note: By the way this is the second copy of this story that I wrote. Because my laptop wanted me to run a virus scan and I forgot to save my document before I ran the scan. And trust me this one is not as good as my first one. Also I know that the grammar is not perfect, but I was never good at that in school. It might be better than the first time I wrote it.
A Midnight Chat
I walked out onto the balcony of my apartment and I looked up at the stars. It has been six months since I last seen Zechs. Everyone told me that Zechs is dead; although I know that Zechs is still alive. When they would try to tell me that Zechs was still dead, I would stop them and told them otherwise. After about two months they left me alone about it.
When the Preventers organization was created, not long after Libra's destruction, I decided to join them. I became known as Preventer Fire. Mainly I'm a pilot for Preventer and I'm also sent out on the missions when a Mobile Suit is needed; since I still have my Taurus suit.
I was brought out of my thoughts by my videophone ringing; I walked back inside and answered the videophone. When I saw who had called me I was shocked. I was expecting Une was calling me to give me another mission, but it wasn't Une who called me, "Miss Relena?"
"Hello, Miss Noin; I hope I did not wake you."
I smiled, "No, I wasn't asleep."
Relena smiles back at me, "That's good. I guess my call is a little surprising."
"It is, I was expecting Une was calling me to give me another mission. Not that I'm complaining, but do you know what time it is, Miss Relena?" I looked at her sternly.
Relena knew that I was very curious on why she was awake at this hour. She also knew that I was still looking out for her. Even though I'm no longer her royal guard; I would always keep my promise to Zechs, even with Heero as the head of her security. She looks at me, "Yes, I know Miss Noin, but I haven't talked to you in a few weeks. I asked Heero if it was okay with him if I called you. He told me I could as long as I did not stay up to late."
"So, Miss Relena is there anything you need?"
"No, I'm just wondering how you have been doing. It's been six months since Libra was destroyed."
Relena was the only person who never tried to tell me any different that Zechs was dead. She never bothered telling me because she knew it would do no good. I smiled at her, "I've been doing good; I just really hope Zechs comes home soon; that's all."
"You really do miss my brother; don't you, Miss Noin?"
"Yes, I miss him so much."
Relena smiles, "Don't worry, he'll be back one day I'm sure of it."
I smiled back, "I know, it's just a little hard sometimes."
"Well, I better get to bed; I've got a meeting first thing tomorrow morning."
"I've got to be at Preventer first thing in the morning."
Relena smiles, "Good night, Miss Noin."
I smiled back, "Good night, Miss Relena," with that my videophone screen went black.
I decided to walk out on my balcony to look at the stars one more time. As I was looking at the stars I found myself saying, "Good night, Zechs."
I walked back inside and got ready for bed. As I walked over to my bed, I looked at all my pictures of Zechs and me, which are on my dresser. I got in bed and started to reach for my lamp to turn it off; when I found myself looking at the picture frame with all the pictures of Zechs that I had back during my days as the instructor of Lake Victoria Academy a year ago. I turn off my lamp and went to sleep; dreaming of what my reunion with Zechs would be like.
