He and his mother lived an underprivileged life as Kavin's uncle tenured the property illegally. His mother Ansha to make a lot of sacrifices for the upbringing of Kavin. Kavin, now, is living a little better life after great struggle. He has a love interest named Purvi Walia, daughter of Mr. Arnab Walia, a business tycoon.

Wife of Mr. Gaurav Khanna (Late) and mother of Kavin Khanna. She holds a degree of business administration and management from a prestigious institute where she had a love interest but destiny married her to Gaurav. After widowed she started a job as a Purchasing agent in a company. She loves Kavin a lot.

She is working as an Officer in Crime Investigation Department. Though she is rich yet she is not ostentatious. She choiced to be a CID officer for her loyalty, devotion to her country and in honor of her mum, Miss sugandha (Late) who died in service as a military woman. Mr. Arnab, a successful business tycoon. A man who has everything, money, name, fame, good looks, killer attire, cars, mansions, and two daughters, Purvi (Elder) and Shreya (Younger) but only the place where his luck left him is his wife, Sugandha. He loves her daughters very much.
Shreya Walia [Sister]
Younger sister of Purvi and a dedicated CID Officer. A bubbly girl who wanted to join Military but because of her eye-sight problem she was disqualified but joined CID. She has a weak eyesight and wears Ray-Ban glasses. She is called "Chasmish" by her sister and friends. She has a secret love interest.
