With his leg draped over his other knee, Luffy laid back with his arms crossed behind his head. The gentle swaying of the hammock, the slight breeze that interrupted the still day; they were almost enough for him to fall asleep right then and there. A quiet sigh made its way through the Sunny as all the other Straw Hats were quietly enjoying a rare time of peace in the New World.

Luffy squinted his eyes open at the blue sky in front of him, noting the white puff of a cloud in his peripheral. Without moving the focus of his vision, he waited for the cloud to fully show itself to him.

However, it never did.

Unsatisfied, Luffy shifted his line of sight to be able to fully see the cloud. But no matter which direction he turned his head, there was no cloud to be seen. A mixture of slight confusion and irritation showed on his face as he reached for his hat. He was getting bored.

But, his fingers couldn't find where his hat was. After a few more attempts, he turned his head to glare at the spot his hat was actually at, with his fingers right next to it. Luffy placed his hat on his head before jumping down from the hammock - getting one of his legs tangled and falling on his face in the process.

He jolted back up and stared at the hammock. Once more, he looked towards the clear sky searching for that cloud from earlier. As he did so, a news coo flew by and a white blob splashed onto his face. Luffy rapidly wiped the goo off his face and looked back up, searching for the bird, but it was gone, just like that cloud. Feeling slightly peeved, Luffy headed inside. Maybe he'll go find Usopp or Chopper.

He made it through the door and decided to head towards Usopp's workshop. After several steps though, he slipped on some water, crashing down onto the floor with a slight yelp of surprise. Luffy jolted back up and opened the door to the aquarium. There, he found Robin quietly reading a book with Brook on the other side sliding his bow across the violin, producing a wonderful melody to fill the air.

"Ah Luffy-san," Brook greeted as Luffy raised his foot to step into the room. At that moment though, the sole of his sandal plopped back onto the ground before he, himself, lowered his foot. As his foot hit the cold floor of the Sunny, Robin chuckled at his confusion.

"Aw man," he picked up his sole. Robin put her book down and sprouted an arm near Luffy. "Allow me," and brought the sandal back to her along with a sewing kit.

"Have you been having bad luck today Luffy?" Her eyes glittered in amusement as she started to fix his shoe.

"It's all because of that cloud," he pouted and sat down next to her. Robin lifted her brow in interest as she finished up and handed it back to him. Luffy's expression brightened up as he thanked her and left the room, hoping for some luck to make its way to him. Next up, Luffy decided to go down the stairs. On the second to last step, he miscalculated and tumbled down once more. Although this time, on the floor right in front of him, he noticed the small glitter of a penny, heads up.
