Disclaimer: I don't own Supernatural. If I did this would have happened.

A/N: I feel like very few people write Supernatural femslash, so I wrote this one. Sorry if there's any spelling errors or anything. I'm super tired. Hope you enjoy. Review?

Jo knew she should never let her guard down.

Especially around a demon.

But here she was.

Guard down, in her own bar, sharing a drink with Ruby.

She knew she shouldn't, because Dean didn't trust her.

She was a demon.

But she hasn't given her a reason to shoot her yet.

And Sam trusted her.

Which gave her an excuse to invite her in.

Figure her out.

Jo wanted her to be different,

To be good.

She wanted her to stand up against her whole race,

And to feel human.

Because Jo liked the idea of it.

Of a Rebel.

"I can't believe your mommy let the big bad wolf in her bar with her daughter." Ruby eyed her up and down.

"I could do all kinds of things with you"

It was when she said thing like that did Jo feel uncomfortable,

But not scared.

"Mommy's not home."

Ruby smirked, She had something wicked cooking in that brain of hers.

"So brave, you're saying I don't scare you Blondie?"

Jo raised an eyebrow.

"Blondie? Have you looked in the mirror?"

Ruby just shrugged.

This body was nothing to her.

"Just another costume out of my endless closet."

She expected a hunter's reaction.

A crude comment or a threat.

But Jo smiled

"This one suits you."

That's when a light bulb went off in Ruby's head,

And she smiled at how devilish it was.

"I get it now. Jo, I didn't know you were so naughty. Your friends aren't going to be too happy when they find out."

If there was one thing Jo didn't like it was being accused of something she didn't do.

Especially when she didn't even know what it was.

"What the hell are you talking about?"

A wide, evil smile crept across Ruby's face.

"It's kind of taboo, don't you think? A hunter crushing on a demon?"

If Jo was drinking something she would have choked.

There's no way she heard that right.

"Ex-excuse me?"

Ruby just kept on smiling.

"You heard me, and its okay. You don't have to deny it."

No. No way. No fucking way that was true.

…Was it?

She shook her head.

"Cut the crap. Remember you're in hunter territory."

Ruby shrugged nonchalantly.

"I just call it as I see it."

Jo scoffed. "Well you're wrong because I don't- I'm not-"

Ruby raised an eyebrow as to say "I think you're protesting too much."

And Jo shut up.

Because she felt herself blush,

And her hands were sweating,

And her heart was racing,

And she wanted her.

So without another word, she poured herself one drink.

And then another,

And another.

Until she knew she had calmed down.

Because somehow, through the buzz, she was making herself okay with this.

And it was then that Ruby leaned across the bar and kissed her.

And Jo allowed it.

Because despite how wrong it was, it felt right.

It felt perfect.

Jo knew she should never let her guard down.

Especially around a demon.

But here she was.

Guard down, in her own bar, falling in love with Ruby.
