p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;" align="center"If bullets didn't work against the Angel, then Rose Tyler was most likely dead. Her gun, emlaser /emgun, was blasted at the Angel ten minutes ago, which led to the most perilous chase she had ever encountered. Her blonde hair, tied into a ponytail, swept to her right shoulder as she paced down the streets of Manhattan. Her gun, hanging on her shoulder, was useless as well as unloaded. The Angel was eight blocks behind her, hiding in the peaceful and quiet neighborhood where only few was to be seen. It was as if Rose was the lady of luck, for she passed three people and a security guard who was unable to take their eyes off the Angel, thus buying her enough time to have a good start. Cars stopped to check the statue of stone frozen with teeth bared, and before Rose Tyler had the time to check her infinitesimal teleport device, a crowd had gathered around it and few people even had police and press called. Helicopters hovered above the statue, but the girl who had brought it there was never found. It was her happiest moment, escaping the cold-blooded kill of a foreign assassin that existed seven billion years ago. The watch beeped and she squeezed the bright green button and pushed it down until such time that green light surrounded her. But it was too fast, a rogue Angel had once again appeared, an Angel with chopped hair and stern face like hers. The watch whined with alarm noises and the green light evaded. Then the unexpected happened, a tear drop rushed down to her stone cheek as it grabbed her wrist right after she blinked. The device was no longer of use, for the Angel's touch sent them both to a greater destination./p

p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;" align="center"The space was not quite spacious for them both, but it allowed them to stand on a glass floor and behind them was a glass tube emitting green light to the whole room. She could feel two people behind her, staring at the Angel. She forced her hand to move, but it was impossible to remove her wrist from an Angel's grip. Fortunately, her head wasn't paralyzed, so she slowly turned it around and what lay in front of her eyes was the first thing she wanted to see and the last thing she would see. It was The Doctor, and she wasn't going to be weak. Not now, not ever. But the words were stuck in her brain, and it came out of her mouth./p

p class="MsoNormal""Bad Wolf, the big Bad Wolf," were Rose Tyler's last words before she turned to stone./p

p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;" align="center"She and the Angel disappeared in a thick fog, leaving the Doctor's and the companion's mouths hanging wide open as well as their eyes. The Doctor, as still as a stone in shock, only had one thing in his mind: Rose Tyler was in trouble, and she needed help. Bad Wolf, Bad Wolf, emBad Wolf. /em/p
