Darkness is growing,
Light is fading,

but lasts forever,
Slowly but surely,

It's only a dream,
Wake up,
Look around,
To find me there,
Holding your hand,
Spinning,
Uncontrollably,
Losing your grip,
Fading in dark again,
Waiting for another sign,
Of any hope at all,
Sitting in despair,
Wishing,
Wanting,
For a miracle,
For a hero,
For anything at all,
Alas time sits still,
You wonder why,
No one is responding,
To your desperate calls,
Loneliness has befallen you,
You try to get up,
Your legs won't move,
You fall,
You try again,
Still no one will come,
Giving up,
Is your only option.
