(OOC: This story will have original characters but will mention a ton of MCU things and will be effected by them. This takes place just before the Thanos Snap and will be similar to Spiderman Homecoming. If people like it I will probably do another story with them that takes place right after the Snap but before the events of Avengers Endgame.)
"My name is Jesse Smith and as average as my name is that part is not important. You are here for the story you want me to tell you about the Silver Dragon and his younger and much cooler brother the Yellow Dragon. They are pretty much the local superheroes here in San Francisco. Normally they look like humans and most of the time are no different than you or anyone else but when they need to they can change into Anthro (Humanoid) Dragons similar to how Bruce Banner can change into the Hulk."
"Now they can't breathe fire like in the stories you might have heard before about Dragons but they do have Wings, Tails, Armored Scales that can deflect bullets like they were nothing, and are extremely strong to the point where they could probably lift a whole building off of its foundation if they wanted to but I don't believe we have to really worry about that either since they are good heroes and not evil ones like those stupid Hydra guys that tried to take over SHIELD from the inside. Thankfully Captain America stopped them before they could do a lot of damage however that is a story for another time."
"Jesse you are getting off topic again. Remember these kids are our cousins here to visit us from LA so they already know who you are. And since our Uncle is their father I believe they know more about the Dragon and SHIELD stuff than you think. Especially since it is a family thing and they are more than likely going to get Dragon powers as well when they get older." Jesse's older brother James told him from the other side of the room they were in.
"Well how do you want me to tell them about what we have been doing here since they last visited? Sure most of the stuff we have been doing has been just taking down criminals trying to rob stores and stuff like that but we have had some bigger battles as well."
"Yes and according to the US Government (Specifically Secretary of State Thadius Ross) and the Sokovia Accords those stories are still classified. Can thank fricken Captain America for that as well."
Jesse looked back at his cousins who were still sitting on the floor in front of him wanting him to continue. "What James is trying to say is that we have been very busy doing a lot of different things and unfortunately I can't tell you much about it."
"But it is true you and James are the Silver and Yellow Dragons we saw on TV?"
"Jesse is my Yellow sidekick and I am the Silver Dragon." James said as he smiled.
"You know I won't just be a simple sidekick forever. Sooner or later you will have to admit I am equal or possibly stronger than you."
"Sure I will once you can prove it. Come on Jesse it is time for us to go out on patrol anyways and they need to go downstairs where their parents are so we can prepare for it."
"OK." Their friend Jasmine said. She was the one being payed to babysit their cousins at the time. "But you guys can at least tell them if anything interesting happens on your patrol tonight?"
"If it does you will probably see it on the news first." Jesse said.
"OK fair enough. See you guys when you get back."
Once they were out of the room Jesse hit some buttons on a panel on the wall and an AI named SARAH (think of her as their version of JARVIS and FRIDAY) who was built into the small mansion turned on. "Are you ever going to ask her out to the Senior Prom. It's next weekend."
"I'm aware of that SARAH." Jesse replied. "If I do ask her out though I want to wait until the right moment."
"Understood. As for tonight's patrol route it won't really be anything out of the ordinary. Fly around the city while keeping close to the water on the ocean and bay sides in case you need to get out of sight quickly but feel free to fly through Chinatown on your way back. The shop owners really seem to love it when you guys fly by there." SARAH told them.
"According to their stories Dragons are considered Guardians for them. No surprise they like us there since that is exactly what we do anyways. We protect those that can't defend themselves and bring our wrath upon those that try to hurt innocent people."
"Let's do this." Jesse said as they both transformed into their Dragon forms and flew off into the San Francisco night.
OOC: OK let me know if anyone is interested in this by leaving a review. Still trying to fully figure out the rest of what this story will be but if anyone has good ideas feel free to share those as well :)
