I stand on top of a large church watching as my home town is lit on fire.
The rain that pelts my reptilian skin feels strange to me, as I haven't had water touch me for some time now.
I begin to cry blood from the eyes all over my body.
Memories of my childhood in this town as everything is burned to the ground.
My first kiss, my first day in a human school, the first movie I watched in a theater, and of course meeting my first friends.
It's all gone.
Shade took everything from me in this town.
Lives have been lost and property has been damaged.
No one made it out alive, including my mother.
It's all been burned to the ground.
My heart, the rotted core in my body, crumbles as everything I cared about is gone.
I will kill Shade even if killing him will kill me too.
