Title: Islands

Rating: T (might be upped but I doubt it)

Genre: Angst, Hurt/Comfort, Romance, Friendship

Pairing: Dean/Castiel, Castiel/Balthazar

Disclaimer: Supernatural is the creation of Eric Kripke. I do not own it and I do not get any profit of any sort for writing this.

WARNING!

The first part of this chapter (first three paragraphs, just until the line break) might be a little too graphic, so you can just skip it if you want. I thought about cutting it but… That is also probably the only sex scene in this fic (cause I suck at writing those).

Prologue: Cas

Cas moaned as the man took Cas' hard member into his mouth. Balthazar started bobbing his head up and down, sometimes slowing down to run his tongue along the vein before continuing. He hears his phone vibrate but ignores it.

"Aren't you gonna answer that?" Balthazar asks when the phone vibrates for the third time as he flicks his tongue on Cas' inner thighs teasingly.

The phone vibrates again three more times before Castiel turned it off. "Shut up and fuck me," he snapped at Balthazar as the man raises his head to kiss him.

He wakes up a couple of hours later with a gloriously aching body. He sits up and stretches his arm. He feels the other man roll over on the bed to look at him.

"Good morning, gorgeous," Balthazar says as he sits up to press small kisses on Castiel's muscled back. Castiel mumbles a protest but leans back to the touch.

"I told you I can't stay," he says as Balthazar slowly pulls him back down on the bed.

Balthazar chuckled as he nuzzled Castiel's neck. "But you also said last time that this wouldn't happen again." He captured the younger man's lips with his own. Castiel tilted his head to deepen the kiss while his hands wove into Balthazar's short, dirty blond hair.

Cas feels Balthazar's hand going south of his abdomen and suddenly breaks the kiss. He puts his hand on Balthazar's chest to stop him. "I really have to go."

With one last kiss, Balthazar gets himself off Cas who sits up and turns his phone back on. "So, who kept calling you last night?" Balthazar asks as he watches Castiel put his clothes on. "Should I be jealous?"

"We. Are. Not. In. A. Relationship," Cas firmly replies. "You have no right to be jealous. And it was just…" He squinted his eyes to read the name on the screen, "the housekeeper. Probably just making sure I'm not passed out in a ditch somewhere."

"See you," said Balthazar as he plopped back down to sleep.

"Or not," Cas replies before slamming the door close.

He put on his sunglasses to shield his eye from the morning sun as he made his way to his car. The bright light had triggered his headache even through the tinted windows. He drives slowly, earning honks and beeps from other cars that overtook his. His head was now throbbing from the noise; he lowered his window to flip them off.

Soon enough, he arrived at their house. Every second that passed by felt like an hour. He hit his car horn for the third time. When no one still opened the gate for him, he got out of the car and opened it himself. Usually, he'd just leave the car outside but it needed a wash anyway.

He drives the car through the gravel driveway right to the big wooden front doors and gets off. He rings the doorbell. After a few more tries with no answer, he opens the door which to his surprise was unlocked.

"Hellooo?" He slammed the door. By this time, the servants were usually running to see if he needed anything. "Where the fuck is everybody? Hellooo?" Dammit, he curses under his breath. He dials the housekeeper's number, annoyed.

"Oh! Castiel! Thank God!" She sounded relieved.

"Where the hell is everybody?"

He heard her sob from the other end. "It's Anna… She–"

He felt the blood drain from his face, and the air seemed to get sucked out of his lungs, his vision dimmed and his ears rang.

"Castiel? Castiel!"

He took a few deep breaths to calm himself down. "Text me where. I'm on my way," he said as he ran back to the car.

Author's note: I'll be uploading Dean's prologue tomorrow.

Also, please leave a review or send me a PM if there's a Dean or Cas quote you want to see in the story :)
