Okay guys this is my first fic. It's a poemfic something that I composed long back . It may seem haphazard and may not suit the pairing involved but I would love to hear what you have to say.

The pairing is Sasuke and Hinata and the premise is like this: Hyuugas and Uchihas are warring clans and out for blood. Sasuke and Hinata are the prospective heirs and love each other passionately with their families resenting their decision.

They try gentle persuasion, firm reminders, outright rebellion but when nothing works in their favor, they elope. But natural, their families deem it a conspiracy and are out for revenge as they blame the other for instigating their children.

They have just one night with each other as they know their clans will eventually discover them in the morning. They run to the outskirts of a remote village concealed by a large patch of dense forest.

This is mainly Hinata's point of view, her feelings, fear, and her interpretation of Sasuke's thought process. She knows death will come and she will have to pay yet she wants to live every moment as these are treasured moments she will never forget. Her love is forbidden and she has committed a sin by going against her family. Travel with her on this journey of self discovery and what she is looking for…if you guys want a full-fleged fanfic I will comply…..enjoy

BLEEDING EYES

Let the darkness be a witness to our sin,

Let the walls remain paper-thin,

Let the air trespass between our faces,

Let the hands do the talking and take us places…..

Let the stars blanket our love tonight,

Let the moon be our candle night,

Let the floor sing to us our lullabies,

Let the memoirs be our Bleeding Eyes…..

Let my fingers shape the curve of your smile,

Let your heart soak the grief in my eyes,

As you hold me endlessly in your embrace,

My mind contemplates the emptiness on your face…

I search frantically for an emotion in those ebony orbs.,

For they are but an open book,

The fate of these forbidden lovers,

Etched in the intensity of your look…

As you outline every part of me tonight, I drink in your love

Savoring it till the last drop, feeling you to the core,

But since guilt and desire are entwined in the same fabric,

My tears shall wash away the evil behind these closed doors…

A fire burns through me, my skin warm to your touch,

When did time cease, when did I live this much?

A bittersweet pain sears my soul, my fears stand tall,

When will Lord answer my true love's call…

How do I define loss if I lose you,

How do I breathe if your heart stops too?

When did death become so enticing, when did wrongs overshadow rights?

Will my demise translate into the price of loving you tonight….?

You promised should you leave, the stars shall guide me to you….

But if my Polaris ( you) disappear, What am I to do?

My trust will not shake, my heart will not break,

I will burn the sun, I will pale the moon,

But tell me my love,

Have I met you too late or too soon…?

The night is melting into the day,

The fragrance of our love is fading away,

Your hand in mine I meet your gaze,

Illuminating my world like the sun's rays,

A promise is kept, no words are said, is it a dream too real?

Time to die, but why do I feel so alive, this answer I've been trying to find…

As I begin fade, my hearts beats slow,

Now I know,

A new beginning are what my Bleeding Eyes are looking for….
