DON'T OWN DARK ANGEL

Max was standing at the alter with Logan by her side with the priest in front of them speaking. She was looking over all their friends and family that had turned up for the wedding, there was everyone that she wanted except one. He had given his present early and she loved it, but now he was gone.

Max and all her friends were at Crash celebrating her last day of freedom when Alec come in and up to them. "Hey Maxie I've your wedding present outside."

Taking her hand and leading her outside with O.C and Sketchy following.

As they got out the door, she saw 7 people standing there. Two of them she knew, that was Syl and Krit but the others "Maxie I want you to met your family. Syl and Krit you know, the others are Jondy, Ash, Zane, Jace, Seth, and" as he turned her around "a fully remembering and no more killing Zack."

Max bit her lip as she walked up to him and hug him, being join by the rest.

Looking at them she thought of what Alec had said to her last night before he left her.

"Maxie one dance?"

He asked taking her hand leading her to the dace floor. They were dancing with all their friends watching them till the song ended. "Thank you for the present Alec."

"I just want you to be happy Max. That's all I care about, I love you max even if that's with someone else." He said as he kiss her on the cheek, then walked away before she could say anything.

Looking up at Logan "Logan, do you love me?"

She asked making the Priest stop as Logan answered "Yes, of course!"

"Enough to let me be with someone else?"

"What is this all about Max?"

"Just answer the question Logan."

"No. We're soul mates. I love you Max."

Max smiled at that and Logan thought that he said the right thing, till Max kissed his cheek. "Logan, I can't marry you. I don't love you, can't love you. Not when someone else has my heart."

At that she ran down the isle out of the church. All the while he friends and family cheering her on "'Bout time Boo, 'bout time. Go get your boy."

Max went to his apartment, Crash, everywhere. The last place the Space Neddle. and there he was standing at the very edge. Don't jump, not till I tell you what I came to say."

At her voice Alec turned around and stared at her. "Aren't you meant to be celebrating life as Mrs Cale now?"

"Not when me best friend isn't there and not when he's the one I'm in love with and want."

At his confused look max went on. "Alec I love you, I want to be with you. I just can't believe it took so long to understand these feelings, But I'm here I am all yours."

Steeping as close as possible to him. Alec looked into to her eyes for a minute then his lips were on hers in a bruising kiss. When they pulled back for air Alec asked. "What about Logan and the wedding?"

"Last time I was there I left Logan with a shook priest at the alter to find you with our friends cheering me on."

They walked into Crash with Alec's arms around Max. "Now that's da site we've waited to see Boo's." O.C lifted her beer. "And it took them long enough." Joined in Sketchy and then everyone else in Crash.

"We've always like you better them Logan." Krit said to Alec while Syl hit him. "You only met him once."

"Yes Syl but I only met Logan once before and didn't like him then."

"True."

"well I've met him more then once and I can say our Maxie made the right pick." said Zack.

They all went on celebrating till late that night. "Maxie lets go get some sleep."

"but I'm not tired." She pouted as Alec leaned near her ear.

"Neither am I."

"Oh!"

Turning to their friends. "Me and Alec are going to go home." Smiling as Alec picked her up and left.

"I say it one more time. My Boo took her sweet time but she got her boy."
