Katrina POV

"Hey," a kid about my age said as I was trying to get to my class. I looked at him. He seemed really familiar with his blond hair and brown eyes, but I cound't place it. DING! He sits infront of me in my AP Eviornmental Science class. Dennis, I think. Duh, Kat.

"Hi," I replied trying to be polite. But hey, I'm a Johnson. What do you expect me to be? Nice? Psh! Gosh. He seems nervous for a senior in high school. Why am I getting nervous. Gosh! We're the same age, what could happen?

"I was wondering if you were doing anything this weekend?" Dennis asked.

"Um," I thought about it for a minute. "No, not that I know of, why?"

"I wanted to know if you wanted to see a movie with me," Oh. That could...

"Um, okay," I replied. Gosh, why am I nervious?

"Really?" Dennis looked at me with shocked eyes.

"Yeah," I smiled.

"Okay, I'll see you there at seven." With that, Dennis walked away. I smiled a little. This was after all, my first date.

I ran to my car. The coolest of them all, if I do say so myself. A glow in the dark lamborghini. Yes. It is childish, but I love it. So don't judge. (Pic is on my profile!) I raced home to tell my foster-sister of my date.

"Katie!" I yelled, running into the house. "I have a date for this weekend!"

I searched around the house to find her with a guy in the kitchen. They were speaking in hushed tones. Now I sound old. Great.

"Okay," I announce my presence. The guy turns around with a hopeful expresion. He had jet black hair with deep sea green eyes. He looked like someone I knew. Gosh. Who is it? "Who are you?" I voiced my thoughts.

"Katrina," Katie stepped forward. "This is Percy Jackson. He is going to be staying here for a few days."

"Okay," I turn to 'Percy'. "Just stay out of my room and my stuff. Understand?"

A chuckle comes from the other side of the kitchen. An African American guy with a sick gotee and a girl with blond hair.

"I guess it just runs in the family." The guy said to the girl.

"Where are your manners Grover!?" The girl slapped him upside the head. She turned to me to reveal stunning grey eyes. "I'm Annabeth." She said, sticking out her hand. I took it narrowing my eyes. Don't get me wrong, I love people. Just as soon as I know them. Otherwise, I hate them and can't trust them. It took four months for Linda and Sam, my foster parents, to gain my trust. Katie.. Well.. It took a little less.

"Are you staying here too?" I asked Grover and Annabeth.

"Um, I don't kno-" Annabeth was cut off by Katie.

"Of course you guys are staying too." She led them to our spare rooms. "You guys already know where everything is, so just make yourselves comfertable."

"Okay," Percy said, taking a pen from his pocket. He just held it and turned to face me. My eyebows creased a little.

"What?" I asked. Quickly turning away after five minutes of his staring. "Do I have something on my face?"

"No," Percy laughed, litteraly rolling on the floor. "Annabeth stop!" Suddenly Annabeth appeared above Percy holding a baseball cap in her left hand.

Wait, what?
