A/N: I'm just meh about this one. Just over 100 words.

Patience.

I hear it's a virtue. Which is probably why I have so little of it. I'm hardly virtuous … ask any nurse.

But for him, I'm willing to wait. To hold myself back. With him, it has to mean something. Deeper than a fling to chase the cobwebs of fear, of death - of pure boredom from this small corner of Korea.

Much deeper than my last - diversion.

I want that too. For him. From him. So I wait. And when he turns and glances at me over his shoulder - his sky blue eyes swimming with the same desire I know I have in my own, I realize that sometimes, it's best to pause and seek confirmation before jumping in with both feet.

To be patient.
