Chapter 1:
It had been a few months since Ichigo came home and confessed to Ryou how she felt and how Ryou felt about her.
Since then everyone has been super supportive of them…everyone except Kish who came down to try to win her over.
Boy was he pissed when he found out that she not only broke up with Masaya and moved back, but that she chose Ryou not long after.
Flashback:
Ichigo was walking around the park with the girls having a good time, when all of the sudden Kish showed up out of nowhere.
"Hey Koneko-Chan!" Kish called jumping down in front of Ichigo with a huge grin.
"Oh Kish, hi; how are you?" Ichigo asked backing away a little.
"I'm good; how are you? I heard you broke up with that ass-hat…what was his name? Ah, who cares? What matters now is that you're single and we can be together." Kish said with a huge smile as he was about ready to hug her.
"Awkward…" Mint and Berry said at the same time.
"Why is it awkward?!" Kiki asked a bit too loudly.
"Koneko-Chan?" Kish asked looking hopeful at her as he grabbed her hands gently.
"Kish, thank you for your kind words; and his name is Masaya; and he's in jail. But, I can't date you; but we can still be friends." Ichigo said softly.
"What? Why?" Kish asked very upset.
"Because I'm with Ryou now; he's the one that I truly love." Ichigo softly and then flinched when Kish's grip became tighter
"WHAT? WHY HIM? WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT HIM?!" Kish yelled, becoming hysterical grabbing Ichigo's wrists so tight that his fingers started digging in.
"Because I love him; and we have a lot in common. Ow Kish; you're hurting me!" Ichigo cried out.
"Hey; get off of her!" Mint, Zakuro and Berry all yelled.
"Kish, you're hurting her. Please let her go and understand." Lettuce pleaded softly.
"Tart! Please come help Na No Da!" Pudding cried out.
"Kish! Let her go!" Pie exclaimed orbing in along with Tart; together they managed to get Kish away from her.
"Why Ichigo? Why? Why don't you love me?!" Kish screamed at the top of his lungs.
"I'm sorry Kish; I just feel that way…" Ichigo said softly as she held her wrists.
"Damnit Ichigo! Mark my words; you will be mine one of these days; you can count on that. You hear me? YOU WILL BE MINE!" Kish exclaimed angrily as he orbed away.
"Ichigo, are you ok?" The girls asked hovering around her.
"Ichigo, I'm sorry about this…you should go see Keiichiro and Ryou to see what they can do about these wounds; but these should do for now." Pie sighed as he examined Ichigo's wrists before wrapping them up lightly.
"Thank you…but aren't you mad at me?" Ichigo asked confused.
"No. Kish is the one who is being a selfish idiot. Tart and I tried to tell him that you didn't want anything but friendship from you…" Pie started explaining as he went over to Lettuce.
"But he just wouldn't and won't listen…obviously." Tart finished explaining as he did his best to avoid Pudding.
"Oh…ok." Ichigo said softly looking down.
"Come on Ichigo; we'll take you to the café." Zakuro said as she put her hands on Ichigo's shoulders.
"Ok…" Ichigo said softly as she followed the girls to the café while Pie and Tart orbed away to go find Kish and hopefully get him to come to his senses.
So when they got to the café they were greeted kindly by Keiichiro. That kind smile quickly turned worry when he seen Ichigo and her wrists.
"What happened?" Keiichiro asked alarmed getting Ryou's attention; he was in the kitchen making something to eat.
"What's going on? Oh my god; Strawberry what on earth happened to your wrists?" Ryou asked alarmed when he seen her.
"Come on Ichigo; let's get your wrists looked and properly taken care of." Keiichiro said leading her to the lab.
"Kish showed up; he didn't take the news about you and Ichigo dating too well." Mint said simply getting a death look from Ichigo.
"What did he do?" Ryou asked dead serious looking directly at Ichigo while Keiichiro took care of her wrists.
So Ichigo explained to Ryou and Keiichiro exactly what had happened. Needless to say Ryou didn't take it well, but between Ichigo and Keiichiro, they kept him in check.
