Scream 4: a version without the main characters
The scorching pain in my shoulder jolted me awake. The blood on my shirt confirmed that I had been wounded. As I dragged myself upright, I struggled to remember what had happened. Just then I remembered. I was at the store down the street. And then I saw this scary face outside the window. It looked like a ghost. All white. No eyes. But then I remembered that it was Halloween. So I went home and then the phone rang. "Hello" I said. "Do you want to die tonight?" the voice said. I hung up the phone. And then the door opened. I went into the kitchen. Grabbed a knife and went to the door. And it was my mom. "Why on Earth are you holding the kitchen knife?" she asked me. "Ummm… Well I-I don't know. How did it get there? Oh well, I guess I'll just put it back," I stammered trying to find an excuse with an innocent look on my face. Raising an eyebrow, my mother walked past me and sunk onto the couch. I walked over to the kitchen to put the knife back in its place. Going back to the living room I saw a shadow outside. I opened the door to find that no one was there. Then I heard it. A scream from my mother. "AAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" "Mom! Mom! Are you o-," my sentence was cut off by another piercing scream. As I entered the living room I only saw blood. My mother was gone, but on the wall was a message. As I read the red blood on the wall I shivered. It said: Do you want to die tonight? Your beloved mother already did. Maybe you should join her [1] I was thinking that "he or she must be crazy to deal with this ex missionary of the United States Of America just because I killed people gives him no right to try to kill me and if he tries or does kill any more members of my family/friends I shall kill every person he knows family or not."
Right now I had know idea where I was. I was in an orphanage. Now I remember. After I saw my mom die, the killer came up to me and put chloroform on me to make me fall asleep. So here I was, in this orphanage. I asked if I could leave to my house. The caretaker said yes. So I walked to my house and when I got there. My dad was there.
