Rin's POV

I was writing in my journal that Lord Sesshomaru brought for me once. I write in it every day.

Dear journal,

It has been a wonderful day today! The flowers are beautiful! Ah-Un and I played catch today! but Master Jaken has been angry at me lately...he even hit me the other day :'( it really hurt. I have a bruise from it but i can't let Lord Sesshomaru find out... It would just be a burden on him. Besides Jaken wouldn't hurt me unless it was for a good reason! right?

I shut my Journal and and looked over at lord Sesshomaru, He was leaning against a tree with his eyes closed. I picked acouple flowers and walked over towards him. He looked like he was asleep, but i've learned never to assume anything.

I tapped his arm, yet his eyes remained closed. I figured he really was asleep so I gently set my flowers down in frount of him with a smile and I gently tip toed over to the river where I Played catch with Ah-Un earlier.

I sat and watched the River as it flowed down the water fall at the end. I loved to watch the birds and the fish! It was a lovely sight!

I looked back when i hear a stick break. I looked back to see a Man. His hair was Black and had very Pale white skin. He had the face of an angel but somehow looked like the devil in his own way.

Following behind him was Jaken.

"Jaken! Who is this?!" I questioned him. He just looked at me with an evil look. The man then started to speak.

"My name is X." He laughed eyeing me with an evil glare. I felt uneasy, i was prepared to call out to lord Sesshomaru when i was silenced by his sudden movements. He walked closer to me and put his fingers up to my lips.

"Your friend Jaken and I have made a deal." He whispered into my ear. I hesated before speaking.

"What deal?" I quivered.

"Well Rin you see I've taken a liking to you." He purred into my ear, i inched away from him but he came even closer.

"In return for one sacred Jewel Shard I was promised to see you Once every week." He breathed.

"W-why?!" I asked.

"It doesn't matter why my sweet Rin." He said as he stroked my hair, i shook from his touch.

"L-lord S-Sesshomaru will know!" i quivvered looking at the ground as he spoke into my ear.

"Oh, i forgot" He said snapping his finger and looking into my eyes. I felt dizzy as he spoke.

"You cannot tell Lord Sesshomaru anything about this." He said. He smirked at me and the dizziness subsided.

"W-what did you do?" I shaked, looking back at jaken. He smirked and started to talk.

"He hypnotised you." Jaken said slyly as he looked at me.

I gasped at this and touched my face looking for any abnormalities but found nothing.

"Haha, How cute." He laughed at me and spit in my face. He looked back into my eyes.

"When you hear me whistle..." He started, I felt the nausea come over me as he spoke, he is using his hypnosis. "You will come and find me." He announced finally backing off and as he did the nausea had stopped. Without my consent I nodded.

"Good." He whispered turning towards jaken. He threw the peice of jewel shard at jaken and he stumbled to catch the tiny stone. I started to cry at this fact yet there was no one i could tell and nothing i could do.

"Come Rin, Lets go home" Jaken smirked starting to walk towards the camp. I didn't follow instead i collapsed on the ground and i sat there and cried.
