He didn't even have time to react. It all happened so fast. In a flash, the dragon of the mysterious rider snatched him up in his claws. Hiccup might have panicked a little bit, but there was something that increased his fear even more: Toothless couldn't fly without a rider.

"HEY, YOU LEFT MY DRAGON BACK THERE! HE CAN'T FLY WITHOUT WITHOUT ME! HE'LL DROWN!" The mysterious person didn't listen to him. Instead, he or she seemed to ignore him. So, Hiccup was carried off in the dragon's claws, apparently leaving Toothless to fend for himself.

Meanwhile, Toothless was falling towards the icy water below him. He landed with a splash. He scrambled to grab hold of a piece of floating ice, but was having trouble gripping it. The poor dragon looked up to see Hiccup being carried off to who knows where by an unknown person and their dragon. Toothless let out a sad moan.

Suddenly, two dark shadows floated up beneath him. He was soon engulfed by the dark beings under the water.

Hiccup, however, was still in the dragon's claws, being carried to some unknown place. He saw a large cave- like structure, made entirely of ice. The dragon landed, it's rider dismounting. Hiccup didn't know what to expect from this stranger, so he was on guard, in case he needed to defend himself. "I bet you think you know a lot about dragons," the person said. Ok, so this person was female. That still didn't answer the question of who she was. Suddenly, two large dragons came flying in, carrying another dragon with them. "Toothless!," Hiccup exclaimed. Toothless immediately bounded over to his beloved rider. "Oh, I'm so glad you're alright, bud!"

The stranger looked at the two curiously and slowly made her way over to them slowly. Toothless growled at her. With one swift hand motion, she had him gently laid out, as if he was under the effects of Dragon Nip. Hiccup was afraid now. If this person could lay out Toothless with one hand motion, he didn't know what she she would do next.

She slowly came up to him. "H-Hiccup? Could it be? After all these years?" Hiccup was confused. "Uh, should I know you?" He asked. "No," she said, "you were only a babe. But a mother never forgets. Hiccup was shocked, his mouth agape. How could it be?
