Bittersweet World

Bittersweet World
By SMYGO4EVA

What is a world such as this?

Where the lands are so much soaked red by deaths of both their enemies and the blood of their own, nothing is reality to Britannia and Japan now. Illusions rule over all and the chains and pain and anguish have bound humanity away, throwing away the key in the abyss. Across clouds and shadows, so many humans writhe in their prison between worlds, contorted with agony and hiding from their impending doom. Only bloodlust remains; as inhuman aspects are revealed, Hell would come upon Earth.

One would have to change the world for the better. One would have to become a godlike figure to overcome how mortal minds are susceptible to greed. One would have to find another individual who would oblige to help in the quest for peace to shine the holy light upon the blood-red lands. To cease the waterfall of the ruby liquid, a witch named C.C. and a warlock named Lelouch Lamperouge would have to change the world.

Rather than succumb to life under insanity's rule, C.C. and Lelouch would let death take them in its abyss. Imperialism will be no glorious victory; they can never find the truth they've been searching for. Through total reconstruction of the world, C.C. and Lelouch can never fully see the truth of a lifeless soul and they can only see what they would do to change an inevitable tomorrow. The world is forever good and evil, and that eternally is a bittersweet world.
