Yesterday
Yesterday I asked you to stay, you looked at me with a sad smile and walked away.
My heart was torn in two, and in that moment, I found out that I was in love with you.
It has been a whole week since I've seen your face, everything around me is moving in a slow pace.
Who could love me I am out of my mind. Why is true love so hard to find.
It's been a month since I've seen your smile, but I for one haven't smiled in a while.
I turn a corner and spot you, with some other girl, I don't know who.
My eyes get blurry, but I stand strong, I walk past by you like nothing is wrong.
I remember like it was yesterday…
Authors Note: Hey guys! I changed my username from Boy Blunder Knows to "Robin your stories" I don't know why, i just felt like changing it. Plus i like the way it sounds. I wrote this a long time ago, i keep looking through all my poems and i keep finding things i never seem to post so here it is. Its kind of short though. But no worries. Thank you for reading.
