A Touch of Rainbow
AN: This is my first fanfic. It's about Demyx and his quest to make The Castle That Never Was a brighter happier place. Anything italicized is thoughts.
Chapter 1-As Red As Axel's Hair
Demyx peered out the window that was in his boring white and gray room. Why is there not color here? Thought Demyx as he took his eyes off the window and glanced around the room that he called his. I have to do something about this disgusting castle! He then chuckled at himself because he could here Marluxia say the same thing. Hmm Marluxia might be able to help…Or maybe not. Thought Demyx thinking about how Marluxia would want to renovate the castle made Demyx shudder. Demyx knew he need help but from whom he wondered. Then a thought hit him. Axel! He would know a good way to decorate the castle. And off Demyx went to find the spiky haired fire controller
"Demyx please tell me again why I would want to help you?" said Axel slightly aggravated by the appearance of the Melodious Nocturne.
"Because," whined Demyx "You're my friend!"
"No I'm not," scoffed Axel "What gave you that idea?"
"Well…" Demyx took a minute to think
"Exac-" Started Axel but he was cut off by Demyx
"SHHH!" snapped the Melodious Nocturne "I'm trying to think!"
Axel took that as a sign to get the Hell out there while the lower ranking member took time to think. When he got far enough away from Demyx he busted out laughing. But, then he thought Well Demyx's Idea wasn't THAT bad…Hmmm I should decorate the castle the way I want. Not how that mullet wearing bozo wants too. And at that Axel ran to his room to start brainstorming ideas on how the castle SHOULD be decorated.
~Meanwhile~
Demyx still stood at the same spot where he and Axel had recently been talking. Demyx, who was too busy thinking at the time, did not notice Axel slip away. "Oh! I Know!" Exclaimed the mullet wearing sitar player. He then noticed that Axel was no longer there. "Axel?" said Demyx and when no reply came he went searching for another person that could help him decorate the castle… He knew he would find some one. He just knew it.
