Yuna smiled down at the little girl who hugged her legs tightly. Besaid was in full swing of its celebration of Lady Yuna saving Spira again. The High Summoner's heterochromatic eyes scanned the crowd easily spotting everyone that was once her guardian and those who she traveled with during her sphere hunting days. Everyone that was a big part of her life was gathered in the small village. The Gunner smiled softly as she saw Tidus holding Wakka and Lulu's son Vidina. Yuna felt her heart swell at the image of him holding their child. Tidus's starling blue eyes met hers and a large smile formed of his lips. Using his free hand he waved to her, the other holding tightly to the small baby.

The Blitzballer couldn't help but picture Yuna with their child holding onto her legs laughing. He turned to face Wakka, who was watching the celebration with a smile.

"We're glad you're back." The captain said giving his younger friend a soft pat on the shoulder. Tidus grinned as Rikku dragged an unwilling Gippal to the clearing that was now being used as a dance floor. He felt home, seeing the faces of friends both new and old. It felt right to be here watching everyone who ever helped Yuna all celebrating.

"I'm glad to be home." Tidus said as Lulu walked up to the two.

"I think it's time Vidina and I went to bed." She said smiling at the sleeping baby in the Blitzer's arms. Once her child was in her grasp she looked up at Tidus.

"Welcome back." Lulu spoke with a bright shine in her ruby colored eyes. Wakka watched the two most important people in his life walked to their hut and retire for the night.

A lot has changed... Tidus thought sadly. He had missed so much, and everyone was glad he was back. As Yuna promised she told him everything with add-ins from Rikku and corrections from Paine. He was just happy that she was.

"Tidus love, over here!" LeBlanc sang while waving him over with her fan. Logos and Ormi flanked her while she, herself, was latched to Nooj's human arm. As Tidus made his way over he passed Paine and Baralai walking off. Many familiar faces yelled and waved to him. Once he was in front of the sphere hunter, LaBlanc grabbed onto his arm. "So you're the devil that stole Yuna's heart?"

Yuna smiled as she sat cross legged with Buddy, Brother, and Shinra. They were discussing what they were going to do now that another peaceful age was coming. The Gunner looked over her shoulder at where she last saw Tidus. Panic started to build when her heterochromatic eyes didn't spot him. The three Al Bhed watched her as she stood in a haste, her eyes flashing to every face. The panic grew the more Yuna saw none of them was his face.

This fear was stronger than when Seymour forced her to marry him, stronger than when she faced Sin and Vegnagun, and stronger than being declared a traitor to Yevon. Without warning the High Summoner brought her fingers to her lips and let out an ear shattering whistle. The celebration froze as everyone turned to see what was wrong with Yuna. Her breathing calmed from its frantic pace once she saw Tidus standing with LaBlanc.

He grinned and brought his fingers to his own lips and whistled back. Yuna ran towards him and brought her arms around him. She held back the tears as Tidus wrapped his strong arms around her. That was her new fear, him disappearing again, even if the fayth promised to give him back she was still worried that he would go.

"I'm not leaving, Yuna. I am here to stay, forever." Tidus said placing a kiss to the top of her head. Yuna buried her face into his chest. Even with his word she couldn't bring herself to let him go. She lost him once and she wouldn't lose him again.
