Anywho, I decided to make a Smellershot Ship Week since so many other pairings have them! Because, why should other pairings get to have ship weeks every year while the less popular ships get pushed around and ignored? What's so great about other ships? Hm? Smellershot is just as cute as Kataang. Smellershot is just as smart as Tokka. People totally like Smellershot just as much as they like Zutara. And when did it become okay for a few ships to be the only pairings celebrated huh? Because that's not what shipping is about. Everybody should just ship Smellershot!
Sorry, I think I'm funny. To the information;
Who: Smellerbee and Longshot, commonly called Smellershot and occassionally Longerbee.
What: A week long celebration for our favorite pair of freedom fighters!
When: September 9th - September 15th (but start sooner to prevent last minute preperation!)
Where: Across the inter-web; Tumblr, DeviantArt, FanFiction, LiveJournal, anywhere and everywhere!
AND BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD! Tell every Shooter you know so they can join in on the fun! ...and convert people while you're at it. As a last resort, hire the Dai Li and brainwash them.
How: Make fics, fan art, gifs, you name it! If you want to make graphics, I suggest using fan art in them as well, seeing as, unfortunately, they don't have a lot of screen time (but be sure to credit!). Get creative! Let's see what we can do - let's prove why we are the best shippers for the best ship in existance ;).* I, personally, am going to try (note: try) to make comics and/or an art piece with a story that explains it for the themes.
Why: Because this wonderful pairing needs more love and awareness. Everyone ships Smellershot - some just don't know it yet and our job is to help them realize that.

Day 1: Nerves
Day 2: Lonesome
Day 3: Shift
Day 4: Cross
Day 5: Change
Day 6: Lucky
Day 7: Warm
I wanted to make the themes ambiguous - they can be chronological and relate to the previous one or they can be their own, independant thing.
Tip: look up various definitions of the words! Especially if you're stuck or blocked and have no idea what to do. Some of the definitions may surprise you (I was). It might spark something different from what you were thinking and you'll create something totally unique!
Be sure to post to all the sites you can! On here obviously put Smellerbee and Longshot. On DA, LJ and Tumblr tag with 'smellershot week' (along with the obvious smellershot, smellerbee, and longshot tags…) to share all the glorious things created with us.
