ok, so this is poem that I wrote to be submitted to some contest thing to be published. I used Gaara as my inspiration. Reviews are very much appreciated!

I no own, you no sue

"Haunting"

The sun beats down on you, and the wind dances with the rustling leaves.

There you are.

Your cold, blank eyes are masks, concealing your true emotions.

Your past haunts you with the plague of a mourning heart, and the silence of heartbreak seems deafening to you.

Your stare tells me everything: what the nights always bring, and how they elicit dewdrops from behind your wide eyes.

But I am longing and praying so that one day, I may calm the beast that festers inside of you.

I will bring the remedy that soothes your every scar.

I will bring what everyone wants, and what everyone needs.

I will bring to you, my love.
