A Demi's Kiss
The party was in full swing. Chichi was dancing with Goku, who had finally arrived, and was laughing with joy.
'Dad must've got some dance lessons in other world', thought Gohan. The rest of the guests were dancing and laughing too. Suddenly Android 18 pushed Gohan on the dance floor. "Dance with Videl!", she hissed.
Gohan blushed and started moving to the beat with Videl. She was smiling adoringly at him.
'Gosh she's so pretty', Gohan thought, taking in her appearance. Her bright, blue eyes shone like jewels behind a sweep of thick, dark, cropped hair. She was wearing a mini dress that showed off her toned legs and curvy figure. Gohan blushed deeply thinking what he'd like to do with that dress.
After twenty minutes of dancing, their bodies had gotten gradually closer, but Gohan wasn't complaining. Being this close to Videl gave him a tingly feeling down his spine.
He finally worked up enough courage to pull her closer to him. Videl gasped and grinned widely. 'Gohan is making a move', she thought with glee.
He couldn't contain his urge any longer, and praying to Dende that no one was looking, he tilted her chin upwards, leaned in and kissed her.
The kiss was long and passionate. Their lips parted and their tongues found each other gently tasted the other, tingling with overdue anticipation. His hands supported her back as she snaked her arms around neck. Their bodies pressed against each other, him feeling all her bumps and curves against his abdomen. 'This is perfect', he thought, as he deepened his kiss.
They kissed for ten long minutes, not being able to get enough of each other. Eventually they broke apart to see they had an audience. Both grinned and blushed furiously, laughing at the looks on their friends and families' faces.
Goku was beaming, Chichi was wiping happy tears out of her eyes and Goten was giggling. And Mr.Satan was in shock. Eventually he snapped out of it and muttered, "I had to let go of her sometime..." Everyone else just stared. Even Vegeta was transfixed.
"Haven't any of you ever heard of privacy!?", Bulma suddenly boomed breaking the stunned silence. Everyone laughed, and Bulma smiled and told Gohan and Videl they should go outside, where they could be alone. They gladly took heed.
Outside Capsule Corp. Gohan laughed, "That was quite a reaction we got!" putting his hands behind his head, which he did whenever he was embarassed. 'How adorable', Videl thought.
"But it was worth it", she said, her eyes shining. Gohan's heart started beating faster. He grabbed her hands.
"Videl I've wanted to kiss you from the first moment I saw you. We grew so close over those first few weeks, and after Buu, I felt like you finally understood all I was going through, and you accepted me for who I was..."
"Of course I did Gohan, how could I not? I knew I loved you and when I thought Buu had killed you at first, I finally admitted the feelings to myself. But then I knew you were still alive because I felt you beating in my heart... but the others still thought you were gone. But I didn't, I couldn't, I wouldn't! I never gave up hope", she finished fiercely, looking directly at him. Her eyes were so beautiful...
Gohan looked at her for a long time and whispered, "I love you too", and they kissed again for what felt like hours, days, seasons, an eternity...
