New Idea!-Opinions Needed!

And I know I am currently busy with Dunder Mifflin Road Trip(Chapter 6 is up) I just had an idea I wanted to pitch. How about Titantic with The Office? I plan to change it up a bit, heres the changes I'm thinking of.
the movie Rose is marrying Cal for his money and she doesn't really love him-Pam isn't marrying Roy for his money, she just thinks she loves him. And Roy isn't as cruel as Cal.
the movie Rose's mother arranges the whole marriage and Rose's mother shows no respect for Rose-As we've seen, Pam's mother is kind and understanding so I think I can cut her from the story line. I might put her in. I dunno yet.
the movie Jack wins tickets for the Titanic-I was thinking maybe more of a company cruise, it would very humorous to add Michael, Dwight and the others.
the movie Jack and Rose have never met before-Well as stated above, I was thinking about having Jim and Pam already familiar with each other.
the movie Rose askes Jack to sketch her naked with only a diamond necklace on-I'm not too fond of the idea of nudity, and Pam is the artist of the two so I can come up a replacement scene that doesn't involve nudity.
the movie Rose receives a diamond necklace from Cal called the Heart Of The Ocean-I was thinking of using Pam's engagement ring for Roy, it means just as much as the Heart Of The Ocean.
the end of the movie Jack freezes to death and Rose alone is saved-I don't know if I like the idea of killing off Jim, but it would be more like the movie if I did so I don't know.
Please share your opinions about this. I'm excited to start new fanfics and I was thinking about using movies such as The Notebook and this and making it into a romantic\humorous The Office fic.
I do not own The Office or the film Titanic.
